Good location but underwhelming experience.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable beds but poor pillows.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast in a dismal room. Most tables full of plates and cups and 1 poor waiter trying to do everything. Bath had no tap, used the shower head to fill it, a bit strange! Lots of dark wood making the room feel dark.

Another Pleasant stay in the Carris in Ourense
Pros:

Location good. Breakfast good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

A couple of sachets of coffee in the room would be good. We don't drink tea or infusions.

Beautifully appointed and good location.
Pros:

Beautiful room, nice facilities. Good decor. Very good breakfast. Decent location.

Pros:

Great place, bedrooms are big, there's even a balcony, good and varied breakfast, staff is very nice and helpful, perfect location - very close to the historic center with lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The only negative point for me was that the mattress is too hard.
