Estrutura da acomodação muito boa.

Cons:

Hotel é muito caro pelo que oferece. Além disso, o valor a ser pago na acomodação não corresponde ao contratado na booking. Isto porque, na booking o valor é anunciado em dólares americanos pelo próprio hotel; quando você chega para pagar, o hotel faz uma conversão de câmbio totalmente abusiva pra moeda local na qual você deve pagar; com isso, o valor pagar aumenta substancialmente (mais de 20% a mais do preço anunciado na booking).

Cons:

Le tarif payé ( prélevé sur la carte) a été beaucoup plus élevé que le tarif annoncé 😞du apparemment à un taux de changé beaucoup plus haut

Pros:

Un vrai 5 étoiles ! La literie et les équipement sont impeccables. Le petit déjeuner d’une excellente qualité et variété. Le personnel est très professionnel.

Epic Sana Hotel is great place to stay. It's a no fuss hotel with helpful front desk crew
Pros:

I enjoyed my interaction with the staff ... From arrival at the front desk the boys were welcoming, helpful and professional. This was the mood through our my stay.

Cons:

Improved communication in English amongst the larger staff especially at breakfast, restaurants and spa. The room cleaning crew can be forgiven but they made up for it by having the rooms cleaned and fresh each day.

A nice hotel but poor service resolving errors
Pros:

The hotel was very upmarket and it has nice facilities

Cons:

I was overcharged for the room and the manager promised me a refund on checkout. This was not passed on at chexk out. Its very unprofessional and disappointing. The manager should have rectified the error immediately and not left it for checkout. This ruined what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.
