Estuvo bien.
Pros:

No usamos la piscina. El desayuno era correcto aunque a veces tardaban en reponer lo que se iba acabando. La ubicación es muy buena. Un poco alejada del casco histórico. Era lo que buscábamos. Son cinco minutos en auto y una media hora a pie por la hermosa costanera.
La vista del río desde el balcón era inigualable. Compensaba todos los inconvenientes.

Cons:

Al hotel le faltaba un poco de "cariño". Los muebles (del baño, del espacio para cocina y del dormitorio) estaban un poco desvencijados. Fuera de marco o con falta de bisagras. La heladera era muy vieja y le faltaba la manija para abrirla.
Hay muy pocos enchufes y ningún puerto USB para dispositivos.
La cama era un poco blanda, pero eso es cuestión de gustos.
El restaurante es bastante bueno. La comida tiene precios esperables. Las bebidas las cobran un disparate.

En mi caso yo alquilé un apartamento !
Siendo que me quedé varios dias !
Teniendo en cuenta eso deberían ofrecer cosas BÁSICAS,ejemplo,azúcar,café/té ,COPAS,repasadores,xq no fuimos a servicio de hotel. Eso me parece muy básico y hay en todos los lugares q alquilas q no son hoteles. Xq si llegás tarde y no contás con lugarea cerca para salir a buscar algo para tomar o comer para no salir justamente son detalles q suman. Sino hubiera alquilado habitación de hotel no mas. Y la sisterna molestaba muchisimo de noche ya q pierde constantemente. Tampoco habia shampóó y acondicionador...los tarros estaban vacíos. Son cosas muy básicas.

a nice place under refurbishment.... wait for the end of works

Cons:

maintenance construction work ongoing... wake up forced at 8:00 because of jackammering from 8:0 to 9:00 .... then silence

message sent to management.... simply disregarded

i understand refurbishing, but you can organize noisy work (1 h / day) after 11:00 ....
it is NOT rocket science and .... TRUST ME, I DO IT FOR A LIVING!
