Fantastic customer service from the hotel reservations team. Our flight was delayed for a day and the hotel was so accommodating to waive the cancellation charges for the 1st night. I would highly recommend this hotel just for this point.

The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

名護観光便利。部屋も人も非常に良かった。ホテル内のイベントの縁日も楽しかった。一階の居酒屋も子連れでも入りやすく、夕ご飯に利用。１点かなりのマイナス点が、駐車場。非常に不便。ホテル敷地内は、すぐに埋まる。道路向かいの駐車場に停めなければ行けない。交通量が激しく５分待っても渡れない。。。。横断歩道も無く、本当に困った。改善してほしい。
