Nice clean stay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Pool was over chlorinated. Burned out eyes just being in the room. Had to have guest checkin redone our room keys 3xs

Not worth the cheaper price

Location close to park. Decent staff

Cons:

We didn't have water the whole second day we were there. Very inconvenient. The breakfast was lacking. Juice machine broken, and just dry cereal and waffles. There were no towels in pool area when we went down. Beds were like sleeping on a rock

Room was not very clean. Seemed like water running down the sides of the wall. Seems like the property probably had water damage because the wall paper was peeling from the walls. Lots of broken things in the room. The second morning we was there was terrible because there was no water at all so we couldn't shower even flush the toilet. Absolutely recommend not staying there its not even in a great location if you're going to hershey park.

Cons:

The pool was very small and cold. The hot tub was also cold. One of the days we had no running water at all in the hotel for HOURS and nobody said anything or did anything to compensate or makeup for it. They didn’t even let us know until we found out on our own when we couldn’t flush the toilet or brush our teeth. The doors also barely opened. You had to continuously try your key multiple times before the doors would open. Also the breakfast was the same few things everyday and it wasn’t good. All in all it was not a good stay and I was fooled by positive reviews and I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Decent price but overall kinda dirty my blanket was absolutely disgusting

Good enough for most things. Nice location and good price

Pretty dirty had blood on my blanket, door was coming apart at the bottom and a tile fell off the wall
