Needs a Major Renovation
Pros:

Location and Cost.

Cons:

The seat to use in the shower had a rubber foot missing in the front and the rubber foot directly behind the front was broken . So the seat continuously slid to the right towards the outside of the tub. I mentioned this to the front desk when I left. I felt the Hotel is due for a complete upgrade. The Refrigerator was loose under the TV table, the TV channel guide didn't match what numbers the guide said, the electrical sockets on the table and wall around the bed were loose so we couldn't use any to charge or use,
and there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. I have never known a Hotel not to have one in the room.

Made me feel very uneasy.
Cons:

Excessive amount of cameras in hallways. Cameras were different brands which was also sketchy. Phone in my room had no power cord. I could not call someone in an emergency if I needed. Couldn’t even contact the front desk. Made me feel very uneasy.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made the accommodations I asked for and did so without a second thought. They truly made the experience.

Cons:

The pool was not the nicest, it's advertised as this beautiful place and it's just not. If you're booking because of the pool, move on.

I probably wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Other hotels on our trip were more updated and functional.

Rude evening crew, and dirty
Pros:

Place used to be great, but over the past two years they have let it go. Night crew was very rude. Place was dirty. Pool was filthy. Probably last time I ever go there. There are better places.

You get what you pay for. The value is okay and location is great but could’ve been a bit better.
Pros:

Pool opened earlier than most and they kept it clean / heated. Comfortable beds. Tv in room was good. I liked that the hotel was quiet and only a 10 min ride from Hershey park!

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Coffee was cold/ tasted watered down. Hallways were dirty and smelled like feet. Hotel needs a big upgrade, carpets were extremely stained. Maybe new management would be a good idea. Couldn’t give a receipt at checkout- said “the printer was down”.

Wasn't worth 450 for 2 days.
Pros:

Really used to enjoy this place slays had a great time there wonderful breakfast in the morning and comfortable bed.

Cons:

I had to use the heel of my foot as a stopper for the tub to give my daughter a bath. We didn't have a coffee machine in the room like we used to. There was some damage to the room so we recorded and took picks as soon as we got there just in case they say we did it. Also tried to change my days but the staff kept telling me to contact bookings but bookings kept telling me to contact them so I was stuck with either cancelation fees of 300 for just paying the full amount. Also had to put down a 150 deposit. Crazy amount of money for not even enjoying everything. Also the pool was very cloudy, but was a great temp.
