Cons:

Stated here 3 months ago, actually the same room. Mattress is so bad, still needs replaced. You sink into it and can’t get up. Nothing since last visit. Better cleaning needed in shower, shielding has mold or black! Last time I found a marble size item under the car by the bed. It said camera. I took it to the front desk, chick said oh it’s a camera oh well and threw it in the trash. We thought we’d give it another chance. Cookies were out in the evening, case was full went up to the room and came back down within minutes. Chick took cookie container away into pantry. Went to our vehicle for stuff, no cookies out?? At checkout wanted to go to the restaurant, you get 19 percent off your meal with key card. She told me to bring it back after. Annoying!

Terrible and Booking. Com as well as LaQuinta failed to make changes and/or reimburse our room fees.

Cons:

We had several cockroaches in our room, the room smelled musty and was unclean, the room keys didn't open the door. We were forced to shorten our stay and look for an alternate hotel when alternate hotels were fully booked due to the Great Outdoors Show being held in Harrisburg PA. Terrible experience and would NOT recommend.

Wouldn't stay here again

The location was good and the price.
The lobby looked nice

Cons:

The bathroom was not very appealing.
The room was extremely run down.
Our room the wall had about 20 sum staples holding wall paper on. The TV we could only get 7 channels. The outlets on the lamp you couldn't plug anything in it. The shampoo in the shower was empty. Wish could pay with cash for items to buy like ice cream soda etc. Wish could of paid w cash for room I get having a credit card on file but would of been nice to pay with cash. Our window in room had huge Crack in it. Didn't care for the worker at front desk on Saturday nite. The checkout lady was very nice.

Cons:

Cold pool water, had to wait for staff to get checked in. Staff were busy talking with each other in office doorway for several minutes before even acknowledging us. Loud yelling and door slamming in hallway after 10pm several times.
