Cons:

Cold pool water, had to wait for staff to get checked in. Staff were busy talking with each other in office doorway for several minutes before even acknowledging us. Loud yelling and door slamming in hallway after 10pm several times.

Room was nice location great

Cons:

Hot tub was not working and water was freezing cold. Asked staff about it and they weren’t sure. This was a major reason we booked here. On top of that while waiting for the water to get warm young kids ages 2-10 were running and dumping in the hot tub. This should be set aside for 18 years and older

Good value hotel, clean room, good breakfast, and heated indoor swimming pool.
Pros:

The room is clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. There is a simple gym and an indoor swimming pool.

Not bad for the price
Pros:

Kids liked the pool, rooms were a decent size

Cons:

Breakfast was bland and cheap , nothing fresh or healthy . No detail when cleaning , lots of things just looked wiped down quickly, wall had staples holding it together

Adequate but disappointing . Feel refund is justified
Pros:

Staff were kind and responsive to needs my first room was not fit to be rented, broken dresser, tv didn’t work hook and drain plugs missing from bathroom. Staff moved me to better room, but the tv got only a small portion of channels listed as available. My choices were news stations or Hallmark channel. I believe I should be refunded for this stay. But again, staff quite good
