It wasn’t very clean

I felt the front desk gentleman on Tuesday morning was way overworked and could barely keep up with the demands of the breakfast area. Should have been another worker for early am shift. That said, he did a fairly good job. No tea bags!!

Unclean, first room was not cleaned, second room smelled. Breakfast buffet ran out of EVERY item at 9am

For the hotel - I have never been charged a fee for the an early check-in! When told there was a $30 charge I asked for a nail salon and returned
later!

For breakfast - the eggs were cold and for the two days there were NO tea bags. We were told that they ordered them. That doesn't help us. Someone should have gone to the grocery store!!!!

For the room - the freezer NEEDED to be defrosted! The ice was quite thick.
In taking a shower, it made noises every time you moved in there.
The wallpaper was peeling in several places.
Two different light bulbs in the lamp. Also phone charger didn't stay plugged when using the lamp.

Breakfast was ok. Had to keep asking staff to refill items though. Not much variety. No fresh fruit. Pool could use an update. Towels in pool not kept stocked. Hot tub was dirty feeling. Staff during day and nights very pleasant and helpful. Evening staff miserable. Had to keep asking for what we needed. More toilet paper. Tissues. Towels. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Need to keep up with providing clean towels wash cloths etc. some stuff need to be more pleasant.

Literally just the elevator. Its super cramped, really slow, and is super sketchy to ride. Its also located nowhere near stairs, but I guess the upside is that if you cant afford hershey park this elevator is a top contender for cheap thrills 😅

Side door lock did not lock, coffee cups leaked on clothing, breakfast had no fruit, and mediocre, checked in 4 hours later than we should have, light fixture and outlet did not work, no conditioner in the room, no phone, no TV guide for cable, the drapes did not shut fully, I feel like everything was just meh.

EVERYTHING! The pool was absolutely disgusting. The rooms smelled bad. I was with my daughter for a lacrosse tournament so I had friends in the same hotel. We could not hang together in the lobby to have drinks because there is no alcohol beverages allowed in the lobby area. I was sitting in the lobby area on Saturday night and the girl working was sobbing uncontrollably. Yes she composed herself when we asked if she was okay but then went to the back room and continued to cry. We were worried something was going to happen.

The breakfast was horrible, barely any options, the food wasn’t hot nor was it restocked. I had to ask after waiting 10-15 min.
There was BLACK MOLD VISIBLE on the walls, ceilings, etc. stains on the carpet, the outlets by the bed didn’t even work bc they were so loose.

Old, musty, not clean

My shower chair collapsed when I sat on it and I fell and banged my head on the floor- the staff did not even apologize when told and I could have been seriously injured (I am a cancer patient).
When I called to confirm my “sisters weekend” the staff also did not inform me that sports teams of children would be staying there- so we were unable to use the pool or hot tub at all as they filled it completely- and when they weren’t in it the vacuum hose took up the swimming space.
They also ran out of Orange juice, cookies and other breakfast supplies, assuming due to all the children.
No apologies, nothing to compensate for the issues.. was very displeased which is unusual.
