Das Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man hatte eine gute Auswahl, alles war sauber hergerichtet.

Cons:

Leider gibt es einige negative Punkte zu erwähnen:
Müll vom vorherigen Gast war unter dem Badezimmerwaschtisch.
Es gab keine Taschentücher.
Das Bettlacken schien schon mal benutzt und nicht gewechselt.
Nachdem ich dies mitteilte wurde nichts gewechselt oder unternommen um es zu verbessern.
Es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch im Stiegenhaus und Aufzug.

Приличный завтрак, приветливый персонал. Это центр города. Но нааерное турецкий район. Кругом денерные. Ео былр тихо.

Cons:

Я не подумала, что нужно забронировать парковку. За 2 квартала приходилось ставить авто.к праздникам много людей выезжало и мы получили бесплатную парковку от отеля. Я очень благодарна

Pros:

Wir sind des Öfteren in Mannheim und übernachten stets im NYX. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und auf Wünsche wird angemessen reagiert. Für unsere Treue wurden wir sogar mit einem Cocktail an der Bar belohnt - Danke!

Cons:

Keine transparenten Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Das Zimmer war für die Nachbarschaft einzusehen.

Wer Billig kauft zahlt oft zweimal.
Pros:

Gut ist da nur die Lage.

Cons:

Schon beim betreten des Hotels kommt einem ein Abflussgeruch entgegen. Im Zimmer angekommen stand die Luft förmlich und es roch eher modrig, auch im Badezimmer. Der Boden war übersäht mit Haaren, Dreck und Krümel, auf dem Teppich waren ringsherum Hundehaare. Es sah aus als hätte man es nicht vernünftig sauber gemacht.
Wir sind etwa gegen 17 Uhr angekommen und die Reinigungskräfte waren noch voll zugange. Dementsprechend sahen auch die Flure aus die ohnehin schon sehr eng waren. Im ganzen Flurgang war die dreckige Bettwäsche nach jeden Zimmer gehäuft sodass man fast darübersteigen musste.
Unser persönliches Highlight war die unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Empfang die zunächst nicht fähig oder nicht willens war uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Kompetenz oder Problemlösungsstrategie war anscheinend nicht ihr Ansatz. Allerdings war sie schnell bemüht uns eine noch teure Buchung zu verkaufen. Wir haben dann unsere eigene Lösung gewählt und sind wieder ausgecheckt.

Wir fühlen uns hier wohl
Pros:

Personal sehr nett vor allem der Herr an der Bar der seine Theke sehr sauber hält weil das ist mir auch sehr wichtig. aber natürlich nicht nur seine Sauberkeit, sondern seine Freundlichkeit der Unterhaltung also 10 Punkte von 10.

Cons:

Das in unseren Zimmern die Lüftung sehr laut ist und wir kommen ja nicht das erste mal und jedes Mal funktioniert das Licht, wo man sich Kaffee und Tee machen kann, nicht . und natürlich was die Parkplätze angeht Da man zahlt aber nicht garantiert wieder ein Parkplatz bekommt wenn man rausfährt.
