Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, modernen Hotel mit freundlichem Service, gutem Frühstück und
Pros:

Sauberes, modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück mit ordentlicher Auswahl. Defekte Duschbrause wurde nach Meldung sofort repariert. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die etwas schwache Klimaanlage, die das Zimmer nur langsam herunterkühlte. Ansonsten gab es während unseres Aufenthalts keine nennenswerten Beanstandungen.

Besondere Lage, komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich liebe die besondere Lage des Hotels. Ich habe viele Jahre in Mannheim gelebt und diese Ecke ist wie Urlaub in der Stadt. Nahe an vielen Restaurants und dem Marktplatz. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe. Schön, das man sich abends an der Bar noch ein Getränk mitnehmen kann.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, die Gardinen musste man geschloßen halten, aufgrund der direkten Nachbarschaft gegenüber. Wäre ich nicht immer erst abends spät zurückgekommen, hätte ich nach einem Umzug gefragt. Die Betten sind eher fest, die Kissen sehr dick, zusammen hab ich daher leider diesmal nicht so gut geschlafen.

Konum çok iyi ! Çalışanlar güler yüzlü!

Cons:

Daha önce de kaldım her gün su bırakırlardı şimdi bırakmıyorlar ve havlular çok yıpranmış. Yıkanmış olmasına rağmen değişik kokuyordu.
