Pros:

La Habitación era muy cómoda, la cama estaba perfecta, todo estaba impecable, muy cómodo para alojarse con niños y mi perrita fue muy bien recibida. El desayuno fue excelente. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Der Preis stimmt und deshalb kommen wir bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nichts besonderes. Am Frauentag gab es ein Glas Sekt 😊. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Housekeeping war sehr nett und freundlich .

Cons:

Wir haben schon sehr oft dort übernachtet aber immer zur Strasse. Dieses Mal waren wir im hinteren Teil und dort hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss im Zimmer und im Gang gerochen. Wir kommen sicher schon vier Jahre und mich muss leider sagen, dass das Frühstück sehr nachgelassen hat. Am Anfang gab es einen ganzen Lachs und einen ganzen Schinken wo man sich selber abschneiden konnte. Jetzt gibt es das nicht mehr, was schade ist 🥺!

Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Personal hervorragend sehr nett und freundlich. Sauberkeit 1A Frühstück ist sehr lecker und genug Sachen dabei.

Gutes Frühstück. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war die Rezeptionistin im Haus unterwegs, ein Schild mit einer Handynummer war vorhanden, aber für uns nicht zu sehen, wir warteten gute 15 Minuten. Im ganzen Haus (außer auf dem Zimmer) ein sehr seltsamer Geruch, wie Toilette. Spülung der Toilette am Zimmer lief zwei Tage lang durchgängig nach. Tiefgarage sehr eng, wenig Plätze, 1.90 Durchfahrtshöhe, belegt auch von Nicht-Hotelgästen da ohne Schranke. Doppelbett mit zwei auseinanderdriftenden Matratzen. Hellhörig - sowohl die Unterhaltungen auf den Nachbarzimmern als auch die am Wochenende draußen aufdrehenden und brüllenden Autoposer waren gut zu hören. Dusche war eine Duschwand auf einer Badewanne, deren Boden gewölbt war - bequem stehen war nicht gut möglich.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im NYX Hotel Mannheim. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit einer guten Auswahl für jeden Geschmack.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön für die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Hochzeitstag – das hat uns sehr gefreut und unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
