Bed was rather hard. No proper curtains on windows, just net curtain type things. So the room wasn't properly dark.
Parking and location fabulous, tram net work straight out side and really easy to use, also close enough to walk into city

Friendly pleasant staff clean room super breakfast good location would choose again
Great location on Broad Street, about 15 minutes walk from New Street Station and 10 minutes walk to lots of venues around Brindley Place. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and really clean. Tea and coffee facilities in room too. Sockets close to bed for charging too.
The mattress/bed was quite firm and the curtains a bit ropey, but it was clean and had everything I needed for the night.

It was expensive for fairly standard room.
