Had a lovely stay great location
Pros:

Cons:

Reception not on the the same level when you want to leave to exit on Broad street, it is down one level so have to use the stairs or wait for a lift this can take a while

Gone totally downhill
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and we had a full refund

Cons:

Bed was just 2 planks of wood,the heating had a mind of its own so with no windows to open prepare to boil,1 lift working so took us a hour to get downstairs we were on floor 16 if your not out by 11 on the dot and bear in mind if your waiting for a lift back up for a hour this is difficult your key will stop working.
The lights sometimes work sometimes dont. overall a horrendous stay.

Pros:

The room was large as I have been allocated to a wheelchair accessible room. The breakfast was good and the heating was easy to control

Cons:

The sofa bed was up - it would have been better if it was put back as i was the only occupant. The duvet was not warm but I could easily adjust the heating.

Excellent Family Stay in Bham Centre
Pros:

Hotel took me by surprise. It was a bit tricky to get into the car park, so I was on my back foot. The the moment walked into the reception, the staff was so extremely welcoming, chatty and helpful, I relaxed. The car park is quite spacious also, just accessed from rear of the property. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet, despite being near the lifts. Breakfast room had a waffle making machine with two different options, which was not perhaps for me, but lots of families had fun with that. Otherwise, good quality juice and fresh eggs. I enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

No reception access from 2nd lvl car park. Only a minute walk, but in the rain can be unpleasant.
