The location of the property was perfect for visiting the arena.

Cons:

The QR code in the room did not work for guest services. It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

The bedroom had layers of dust against edges of room and the bed was so uncomfortable and creaked all night long... Premier Inn are so much better and Hilton supposed to be premium hotel very dissatisfied with the room

An excellent hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Excellent value for money, the staff were so friendly and accommodating especially the young lady on reception who provided exceptional customer service - especially when we checked in ⭐️

Ok for an overnight but could be improved

Location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It was on ok place for a night but it could have been better. Breakfast - blueberry waffles were dry - no actual blueberries like in the pictures - could have done with fruit and cream or something other than just syrups. Very little fruit options generally and very little continental breakfast choices. Re Cooked breakfast potatoes were rubbery and generally not great breakfast, very bland. Room was ok but bed was hard and pillows small and weird.
Bathroom could do with a refit. Toilet and basin both cracked. Black bits in grout in shower.

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

The rooms sounded like a toilet was always being flushed so not sure where it was coming from or if it was the air conditioning unit. It was noisy at night from the bars.

It’s nice with spacious rooms
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms were nice and spacious

Cons:

Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people that had staying there very crowded, I also didn’t like the fact that there was no milk alternative in the room to add to tea or coffee
