The location was great. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. We had a great choice at breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning entry box to the room was defect and made a loud noise. Staff were very helpful and fixed the noise slightly. The area has an active nightlife, not so great as we have 2 small kids.

Comfy room, helpful staff
Pros:

The size of the twin beds. Having a shower screen instead of curtain. Good air conditioning

Cons:

Noise from outside even though we were on the 14th floor. Milk for cereal tasted like UHT milk rather than fresh. No pancakes at breakfast

Pros:

Middle of city centre. I do drone photography and it places me right in the middle. Plugs all over the room counted about 7 in all to charge electrical devices. Whole place felt very posh and up market. Loved it. X

Cons:

Slightly compact but I guess thats what you should expect from a sky scraperish tall building in a prime location where they have limited space for rooms. The floor in the shower felt slightly slippy (as a matter of design) but there was plenty of big towels to place in there on the floor.

An ideal place to stay for a weekend getaway in Birmingham with an excellent staff service
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and highly professional offering a great service.
The location was excellent for a weekend city getaway with a very good public transport access.
The room was very clean and tidy and matched the price for our stay

Goede locatie bij ICC en horeca in oude canalwiijk. Kamer ook wel met aardig uitzicht op 10e verdieping

Cons:

Wat beetje vreemd is dat je in een kale, wat afgeknaagde ruimte met liften het gebouw binnenkomt. Daar staan wat borden dat je naar de 3e verdieping voor de receptie moet gaan. Daar en daarna naar boven voor de kamers is wel als een gewoon hotel, maar beneden bij de ingang is een beetje creepy.

Excellent stay and I would recommend you to consider staying here.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, loved the fact it had an iron and ironing board in the room.

Sometimes the little things make a big difference.

Super comfy beds and couldn’t hear any outside noise what so ever even though it was in broad street.

Definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

The bar wasn’t 24 hrs !!!

Cone in at 3am, wanted a night cap and surprised to see the bar closed!

Easy check in and out. Staff were accommodating when we required help.
The complimentary breakfast was amazing really nice touch with the WAFFLE making machine.
Bedroom was a decent size for 2 people but only downfall the lamp had an electrical issue kept going on and off. Also there wasnt enough T bags or coffee.
