Great value
Pros:

Stayed on a Sunday night and it was very quiet despite being in the centre of Birmingham.
Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked an option to have decaf tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast was okay but hot food was dry and tasteless.

Bit pricey, for a hotel that had “breakfast included”. Good location. Horrendous bed!
Pros:

Good shower.
Breakfast was ok.
Staff were good.
Great location.

Cons:

Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I could feel every spring!!!! I did mention this to staff and got told “sorry it’s uncomfortable”!
Could hear noise from the street too.
