Very disappointing

Was advertised with WiFi and tv we didn’t get either and I wouldn’t of stayed at this hotel if I’d of known that false advertising

Excellent on all counts, central location, great quality and value, staff great x

Brilliant location as we travelled from West Bromwich on the metro
Hotel quality and overall standard everywhere excellent
Great value

Cons:

Too many kids allowed to make a mess and run around in the restaurant at breakfast. Blame the parents but should have been stopped or have their own area 🤣

Location was good and hotel was fine but the elevator system a long with the pay for parking when your paying for the ro

Cons:

The key card system for the elevator was a nightmare. Room 821 the bathroom door didn’t lock. It was too hot and the AC took a long time to cool the room down.

Won’t be staying here again instead we will be staying in a travelodge

Cons:

The fact we were given a mobility room on the 16th floor. Room not set up for us with used bedding on the sofa bed. Tv wasn’t working , Leaking windows so water was all over the windowsill. The room was in a poor state of repair.

Nice modern interior… rooms large and staff friendly….
Pros:

The property was well located clean and presentable. Staff on the front desks were friendly and check in was quick… I requested a high floor and the couldn’t have done any better I was in floor 17 top floor.

Cons:

The onsite car park over night was £20 that is excessive especially if you can get a bay on the road behind which between 18:00 and 08:00 is free. And the other car parks around are £9 per 24 hours.

Good stay.
Pros:

We received an extremely warm welcome from the member of staff on check in, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. It’s in a very lively area and is within walking distance to the bull ring.
Parking was ample and was £15 which is reasonable for city centre parking.

Will stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect for us ,bus travel right outside hotel. Breakfast very good with a great range of hot and cold food,very comfy room and being on the 16th floor no noise.

Cons:

One small complaint shower head needs to be bigger ,although the bathroom was good this would have made showering a lot more pleasant .
