Great room, nice and clean, great bed, first class feeling.
Attitude of staff at check in. Will not stay there again. Finally asked the man if me showing up made him angry. Started out with me laying my id and Credit card on the counter in front of him when he asked for it. He then said pick it and hand it to me then stared at me.
Everything was great here. From the virtual check in and check out, to the location. There was food and coffee within walking distance and the ease of hopping back on the freeway to continue my journey was awesome.
There were no coffee pots in the room. But that’s just nitpicking. The room was clean and well stocked. Couldn’t ask for much more.
I arrived on a Thursday evening, and was greeted by a male worker an he told us every thing we needed to know, from breakfast times, elevators, fitness facilities, etc. Later after coming from dinner, I asked for extra towels and he was accomodating. Over all the staff were friendly and helpful. I called on Friday to ask the name of the restaurant that was on a magazine in lobby area and the female desk staff not only looked for it but gave me the right info.
My bed was next to the window and when i moved around it had a squeaky noise, i thought it was coming from outside window at first. room 410. It seems like it was manned by one night person and one day person plus the female that did the breakfast.I would change the breakfast to cut off at 10(maybe)
The eggs that were served for breakfast should have been warmed before but into the chaffing pan. They were cold.
We checked in on Thursday afternoon. When we got to our rooms we discovered we only had two towels. I reserved two rooms with two adults and two kids in each room. The front desk didn't answer when I called so I went down to talk to him in person - twice. He said, sorry, the hotel is short on towels. He made no attempt to correct the problem. He was incredibly rude, like we were asking for special services. I will never return to the La Quinta Midtown in Tulsa, OK.
The guy at the front desk was not friendly. He didn’t greet me with smile or show good hospitality.
Everything was great .
I didn’t like to have to paid the security deposit.
The guy that checked us in was very friendly. The room was very clean and cozy feeling.
That there wasn't any cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth.
All staff very nice, hotel was very clean
Bed was a little high for a 4’11” person. And breakfast could be a little better and needs a waffle maker
The hotel property and amenities were great. Unfortunately, our final morning there was marred by a raucous crowd of non-guests who joined friends for breakfast for a lengthy period and joked loudly that they were getting a free breakfast. We finally had to leave when one woman began flossing her teeth at the table.
