La ubicación es muy buena. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno no es bueno. Había cosas que estaban viejas. No me gustó. La habitación necesita mantenimiento, tenía mosaicos que hacían ruido, yeso mal colocado en la pared y las ventanas estaban totalmente sucias. No podías disfrutar la vista.

Cons:

Agua tibia tirando a fría en piscina y baño.
A las 00.46 me dejaron afuera del hotel lado detrás del hotel donde se deja el auto. SIN RESPUESTA me abrió un matrimonio qué entró por el frente por SUERTE!!! SIN EMPLEADO DEL HOTEL!!
TAMPOCO RESPONDIERON AL TELÉFONO.!!
AL OTRO DÍA SALIMOS 3 HORAS Y SORPRESA NO NOS HICIERON LA HABITACIÓN 11 A LAS 14 .
Dejamos cosas en el COFRE DE SEGURIDAD!! SORPRESA!! QUEDÓ TRANCADO NO ABRÍA.
SEBASTIÁN RECEPCIÓN LO DESTRABÓ DESPUÉS DE UNOS 20 MINUTOS.

la piscina tenia el agua tibia y nos alojamos en pleno invierno, tenia que estar a varios grados mas, tenian un problema en las bombas de calor del agua caliente del hotel y el agua de la ducha salia tibia

Hotel muy bonito y moderno. Tiene piscina climatizada un superambiente situado por Solari cerca de playa Las Rocas. Para mi el mejor de La Paloma. Muchas gracias al personal de Proasur. Habitaciones perfectas, desayuno exquisito y camas muy cómodas.
