The actual stay was great. I had booked for 2 nights but after the first night my disabled, medically complex daughter at home ended up in the hospital..I spoke to the staff who were very nice but after several days of calling them, calling booking.com, and calling them again, they not only refused to waive the $200 cancelation fee but charged me the full $300 for the room that night. They were supposed to charge the cancellation fee instead but refused to do even that, tho I had left the hotel before checkout time. So, the actual hotel is great and their staff was lovely in person but their management was awful and I would not book here again..or book through booking.com

Cons:

Could not get shower door open. Staff had to come relatively late at night so we could shower.
Mentioned breakfast and pointed to location but found out next morning it wasn’t included. 😔
