The staff member at check in was HORRIBLE!!!

We always stay at this location when we come to KC and our stay is always GREAT, it's always clean, the staff is always nice, very helpful, however not this time!

We always stay at this location when we come to KC and our stay is always GREAT, however this time the young lady that checked me in never spoke to me when I approached he check in desk, was rude and when her manager finished helping the person she was with, then she decided she wanted to help me. NOW I'M FINDING OUT THAT MY CCARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE! WHY! PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY!!
