2. Чуть хуже стал завтрак. Но всё равно достаточно хорош (просто раньше был прям вау)
Чистий номер, додаткова вода кожен день, гарні гігієнічні набори, 4 ліфта, привітна рецепція. Просив додаткову ковдру о 22 годині - без проблем швидко принесли. Чудові сніданки з великим асортиментом, приготування млинців та яєшні прямо в залі - сподобалося. Сирники, нагетси, греча, тушковані овочі, солодке - сподобалося.
Незрозуміле ціноутворення. Міг відмінити бронювання та знову взяти цей самий номер на 1200грн дешевше на добу. А бронював номер десь місяць наперед.
Маленьке ліжко. Немає теплої підлоги у санвузлі.
Сніданок до 10.30. було попереджено, що я прийду під завершення сніданку, то було прохання взяти оплачений сніданок собі в номер. Відповідь - виносити з ресторану нічого не можна, довго сидіти теж не можна - готуються до обіду. Я прийшов о 10.25, почав снідати і, через хвилин 10, офіціант прямо впритул почав міняти саме на моєму столику столові прибори. При тому в залі клієнтів більше не було, тобто у поспіху не було потреби, а також були інші неприбрані столи. Це однозначно можна було зробити і через 5 хвилин, а не показово докладати чисті віделки, обходячи стіл і тертися біля мене.
The room was very clean spacious well equipped and functional. The gym on the 18th floor was also good. Staff very kind and helpful. It's located within a shopping centre so the shopping is very comfortable and convenient. It's a bit away from the city centre. It has a warm extremely large underground shelter with comfortable chairs to sit or lay on. No couches or beds though. The hotel sirens advise you when the air raid alert is on or off.
