Прекрасні , просторі номери за відносно невеликі кошти. Чистота в номерах , велика ванна. Хороший сервіс , підземний паркінг. В номері тепло , зручно , багато приємних додаткових речей . Гардеробна.....

Не знаю що навіть сказати , можливо кухня трошки слабка .

Чи зупинилася б в готелі знову? - 30%
Pros:

Сподобався персонал на рецепшині, привітні молоді люди. Чистота в готелі та номерах. Наявність укриття, яким нам довелося скористатися вночі (але було прохолодно в середині березня). Просторий номер, наявність всього необхідного в номері для догляду за собою та одягом. Шведська лінія на сніданок не супер, але можна сказати нормальна, крім мясних страв. Страви із яєць готують по запиту гарячими, привітно. Зручне розташування готеля із зєднаним ТЦ, в якому є хороший супермаркет Сільпо (зручний перехід без виходу на вулицю).

Cons:

У санвузлі немає розеток (волосся потрібно було сушити в кімнаті). Ліжко для двох достатньо вузьке, якби знала, що воно вузьких розмірів - забронювала б відразу номер із двома окремими ліжками (для мене та доньки 13-ти років), у друзів в номері два окремі ліжка мали достатньо зручний розмір по ширині на одну людину. Опалення та кондиціонер не працювали, номер на північну сторону - було прохолодно, хоча спати комфортно (при умові наявності піжами та вкриті добре ковдрою). У друзів навпаки - номер на південну сторону - було душно та гаряче, а кондиціонер не вмикався. На сніданок немає жодної гарячої страви з мяса (тільки нагетси та сосиски, та і сосиски нам не дісталися, коли ми прийшли в останню годину сніданку). Під час нашого візиту сталося непорозуміння під час другої вечері в ресторані. В перший день нам справді все сподобалося і страви були дуже смачні. Ми, відповідно, вирішили прийти і на другий вечір в ресторан внизу готеля. Але, нажаль, персонал нам не сподобався в цей день - офіціантка була не компетентною та неуважною. Два рази забула виконати частину замовлення, а в кінці вийшов неприємний інциндент із готівковим розрахунком за частину забутого персоналом замовлення. Страви також в цей день не виправдали сподівання.
