Pros:

The king room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I go out of town every month and use booking every time. This has nothing to do with Booking either. The hotel charged my card before we even arrived. I chose this hotel to have to pay at the stay. Which means paying when I arrive. When I did arrive they CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN. So I had to make sure I had almost $500 to stay. What if it was my last $240 that I had? Why was i charged twice. I now have to dispute this charge because someone obviously didn't tell the truth at booking. I am not happy about this. Especially being without money.

Pros:

The king suite was amazing (except the sofa). The hotel was clean and neat. The staff were all amazing. All were polite, professional and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Cons:

The sofa in the king suite was difficult to sit down and get up from.
