I like the location and the staff and that they go about their functions in a orderly manner.
The room was nice.
But could do with a bit of sprucing up.
A moveable table would do good.
The bathroom lighting leaves a lot to be desired for shaving as it is quite dim.
And, I did face a lot of problems with WiFi connectivity; which I wish that the owners would look into.

All-in-all, I will definitely visit the place again, when I am in Cebu next.

I liked everything except the facts that:
1. There is no table in the room. If we need to have food.
2. The lighting in the toilet is poor, and as such is an inconvenience for men, when it comes to shaving.

Great location. Anytime fitness right across the street. Lots of food options. Comfy bed, cold AC and great price.

Hotel is clean, quiet and close to good dining

Overall the hotel was well located well maintained rooms where spotless with good wifi staff were polite and helpful no negatives about the place

Easy access to public transportation routes, malls, restaurants, and services. Escario St is very busy, so crossing the street is not for the uninitiated or the faint of heart. Air quality is also a concern.

This is not our first time to be in this hotel as we really liked its location, cleanliness and the staff when we came the first time. We stayed a bit longer this second time and their staff was still at the same level of professionalism..actually even better. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious. I love that it feels like we are secluded and away from the city but in reality we are bang in the center. Very convenient location, very clean and they always try to accommodate requests. Great value for money. Their wifi is a bit spotty so for those digital nomads, might as well get a local sim and purchase prepaid internet - its not expensive at all. Even with that con, we still liked staying here

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The first one was way back 2015. We stayed here again because we said to ourselves the first time we checked in here is that we will definitely be back in Escario if we'll be visiting Cebu again, and yes we did! Why? This hotel is cheap but super clean, nice ambiance, a quiet place to rest and the staffs are really helpful and attentive to your needs, a real value for your money.

One of the best hotels in Cebu city with an affordable price. Clean room, comfortable bed, good air conditioner, good shower, fast WiFi, tv ... perfect! Also, the area has a lot of different styles restaurants so you don’t need to anywhere else, mc Donald’s, jollybee, libanese, ramen, pizza, Starbucks, chicken barbecue, 7-Eleven and more, all of them right on your door!!

Rooms are basic, but they are kept very clean and the staff including the guards are very, very friendly and helpful. We spent 5 days there and it was always good to come “home” at the end of the day.

The guards out the front would most of the time be a step ahead of us in what we would need and along with the other staff and the amenities made our stay seamless.

A budget friendly hotel with basic amenities--cable TV, hot and cold shower and comfortable bed (orange room). Recommended for budget conscious visitors in Cebu and a decent safe place with accessible restaurants in walking distance.

This is one of the best places that you can stay in Cebu for that money. It is all ground floor with a little garden and nice staff. I stayed there 5 nights and their service was great. They cleaned and serviced the room without even mentioning. Every time I wanted something it was there at my door less than a minute. I really liked the location too. Central cebu with access to too many resturants right at the door or 1 minute walk. I am satisfied with their service and worth the money I paid.

Great place, best place around for the money. Awesome location, lots of good places to eat near by. 7-11 open 24 hours and a 2 min walk. Super quite and private.

At an average rate of P 1,500 per night (twin sharing), Escario Central Hotel's rates cannot be beat! Their rooms are all on the first floor, with bigger than usual twin beds (they even have rooms with 2 queen beds and memory foam toppers). Beds and pillows are very comfortable; towels and toiletries are provided. Very close to restaurants and fast foods (Yakimix, Jollibee and McDonald's are a stone's throw away) . It is also located at one of the busiest main streets in Cebu City so location is also excellent. Loved my two-night stay at the Escario Central. This hotel is highly recommended!
