Friendliness of staff, affordable and amenities available

Old but decent
Pros:

Loved the location and how chill the checkin was .

Cons:

The parking is very narrow to get down to. Also wasn’t a fan of the outdated bathroom but wasn’t too bad.

Best place to stay specially for the ones coming for the first time with a family

Very easy to access, quiet and clean room. Comfortable bed. Could do with update in the bathroom.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, Room was clean. Had what we needed for 1 night.
It was quiet, didn't hear noise from other rooms or outside.

Cons:

Bathroom could do with an update, didn't love the shower over the bath. TV outdated, could only accesses free to air tv.

Dangerous and stressful
Cons:

Room still being cleaned at 5pm when arrived.

Cot collapsed in middle of night because there was no base put in. So our 1-year-old baby had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the rest of the night with my wife lying next to her to stop her from rolling off.

We will stay again because the price is ok and thelocation good.

The location is great. Undercover secure parking. The room is a great size.

Cons:

No one at reception when we arrived, had to call head office so they could call the manager to come to the desk. Took ages. Cleanliness was not up to standard, the first 4 photos are the sheets and the thinn comforter that had a blood stain, and was yellow at the top that goes near the persons face. There was also stains on the sheets. Photos taken before we got into the bed. All needs replacing. There was a blood splatter on the wall. the kitchen sink was very stained. This could be cleaned with a powder cleanser. We did not use this area as it was not clean enough for my liking. Then there is the toilet. The seat is vey old and stained. My photos do not do it justice. There was a lot of pitting in the plastic. It was stained yellow. This really is not good enough for $180 per night. The bathrooms are in bad need of upgrading. I did not photograph the threadbare carpetas it did not show how bad it was. The window is locked shut. The room is airless with out the noisy aircon turned on. The exhaust fan can not be shut off in the bathroom so aircon needed to be on or the room was simply drained of air and stuffy. We will stay again as it is convenient and we go to Sydney one a month and need a base but I am hoping that the owners do something about the rooms. The room are not serviced and I saw only one very mature lady trying to pull a fully loaded trolley. There are a number of other issues but this review would be way too long. One good thing is the last time we stayed I said the garage needed cleaning and when we were there this time it had been swept.
