Pros:

Un endroit simple et accueillant, décor vieillissant mais très propre.

Cons:

Quand on se déplace en voiture il est compliqué de se garer même pour déposer les bagages, le personnel reste toutefois très serviable et nous apporte de l'aide afin de ne pas être verbalisé. La police est aux aguets. Il mériterait y avoir une place "depose minute".

Schönes, typisches französisches Hotel mit top Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage (mehrere Metrolinien fahren vor Hotel ab); sauber; freundliches Personal; ruhig

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, was aber nicht stört, da man in Paris sowieso nur zum schlafen im Hotelzimmer ist ;-)

Very comfortable and extremely good value.
Pros:

Renovated rooms. Pictures match.

Right next to Metro Jaurès. Lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Tiny elevator. Have to climb one floor for reception and elevator.

It does the job for emergency stay
Pros:

The room is fine nothing fancy, but needs refurbishing but it does the job as I was only there for two nights but not value for money

Cons:

Old furniture, heaters don’t warm up till few hours later and not that hot, hot water did take time
The bed and the furniture is quite old
Rooms facing the road is quite noisy

Pros:

le personnel est très disponible et a l'écoute et très serviable, le parking a proximité très bien, le petit déjeuné correcte dans son ensemble

Cons:

le manque de d' indiscrétion de certaine personne qui ne Save pas fermer une porte sans la claquer et ca quelque fois jusqu'à 0h30. Un peu gênant l' accueil au premier étage donc l' ascenseur par du 1er étage, donc il faut monter les premières marches avec les bagages.

Un îlot d'humanité tranquille et sans bruit.
Pros:

Gentillesse et service, amabilité et conseils
Parfait. Proximité rare de 2 bouches de métro "Jaurès" qui nous emmènent ds tous Paris. Proximité de brasserie surtout l'excellent "Jaurès" et plein de traiteurs et petits resto asiatiques. Supermarchés enfin tôt ce dont on a besoin . Arrondissement calme et aéré. Population mixte de la planète mais très sympa. Vraiment.

Cons:

Étroitesse de la chambre, des couloirs etc... . Ensemble de l'hôtel plutôt vieillot.
Mais franchement tout le reste comme décrit au 1er questionnaire.
