Hôtel acceptable en matière de propreté, mais trop près d’un carrefour très bruyant.
Pros:

Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuné à l’hôtel car trop cher. A 200 m de ce dernier il y a un café qui sert le petit déjeuné à 5€30.
La chambre est propre et le lit est correct.

Cons:

Les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement et laissent passer les bruits extérieurs. La situation de l’hôtel est près d’ un carrefour important, avec des passages d’ambulance et voitures de police sirène enclenchée jusqu’à 23h . Le matin les travaux recommencent à 4 h. Bref ne pas choisir cet hôtel pour se reposer ou dormir tranquillement.

Great property in an affordable location.
Pros:

Location was very easy, moments from the tube. Quite far out but a travel pass made moving around the city very easy.

Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The fan was a welcomed addition on a very hot few days!

Cons:

No lift from ground floor to reception but we managed to.
Towels were very small, didn’t even wrap around a child and the shower screen was too small so the bathroom became very wet!
For a non smoking property the corridor to our room constantly smelt of smoke.

Καθαρό, βολική τοποθεσία για συγκοινωνία και τρένα αλλά το δωμάτιο λίγο στενόχωρο
Pros:

Η περιοχή δεν είναι από τις καλύτερες του Παρισιού αλλά το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα σε 2 στάσεις μετρό από όπου περνούν οι γραμμές 2, 5, 7, σε στάσεις λεωφορείων ημέρας και νυχτερινών και στον σταθμό τρένων Gare du Nord μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Έχει απέναντι Carrefour που είναι ανοιχτό όλες τις μέρες μέχρι τις 10 το βράδυ.
Έχει πάντα κόσμο η γειτονιά οπότε δεν φοβηθήκαμε 2 κοπέλες μόνες 2 η ώρα τη νύχτα (το MacDonalds στη γωνία ήταν πάντα ανοιχτό). Υπήρχε πάντα άτομο στη ρεσεψιόν ακόμα και αργά τη νύχτα και η πόρτα εισόδου ήταν κλειστή και έπρεπε να χτυπήσουμε για να μας ανοίξουν (οπότε δεν μπορεί να μπει όποιος θέλει). Μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας μετά το check-out εκεί.
Επίσης, ήταν αρκετά καθαρό.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο είναι λίγο μικρό (δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε 2 κοπέλες αλλά οι άντρες ίσως ναι), αλλά αυτό που μας δυσκόλεψε ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχε μίνι ψυγειάκι, ενώ υπήρχαν κούπες και βραστήρας. Η πρίζα του ανεμιστήρα ήταν στραβή οπότε και δεν δούλευε αλλά δεν τον χρειαστήκαμε ευτυχώς. Αν ταξιδεύετε όμως καλοκαίρι με ζέστη θα είναι πρόβλημα.
Το μπάνιο (στο δικό μας δωμάτιο) δεν διαχωριζόταν από πόρτα από τον υπόλοιπο χώρο αλλά με κουρτίνες και μέσα το ντουζ ήταν ενιαίο με το υπόλοιπο μπάνιο. Γενικά, πρέπει να έτυχε το δωμάτιο έτσι γιατί το δωμάτιο απέναντί μας ήταν ανοιχτό αφού το είχαν καθαρίσει και ήταν μεγαλύτερο και με πόρτα μπάνιου.
Τέλος, υπάρχει ασανσέρ αλλά ξεκινάει από τον 1ο όροφο και όχι από το ισόγειο, οπότε προετοιμαστείτε για λίγες σκάλες για 1 όροφο.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du canal St Martin, et la villette.
Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute.
La chambre fonctionnelle, propre et calme côté cour.

Cons:

Rien, sauf que l'ascenseur démarre du 1er étage, n'oubliez pas de le préciser sur vos annonces.

Pros:

'Echt' Parijs hotel, met dito inrichting. Drukke lawaaierige omgeving. Geen airconditioning maar fan.
Kleine kamers. 24-uurs receptie. Schoon.

Cons:

Gezien het feit dat je redelijk betaalbaar in hartje Parijs zit, viel eigenlijk niets tegen.
Geen ontbijt gebruikt, er zjijn voldoende mogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving

there is no elevator as you enter the building , you have to walk some stairs with all the luggage to get to a veeeeryy tiny , tight lift afterwards . no more than one person inside . our room was clean but the walls were dirty , only two towels for us , so not enough towels to use more than one person . housekeeping won’t give you new ones unless you leave the room ? no room service if you are in the room and leave later either . there is no iron provided , so you have nothing to iron your clothes with . we appreciated the small balcony and fan , bed was comfortable but pillows too hard .
