Not what it said it was, and not what we thought it would be.
Pros:

The styling was very French.

Cons:

The AC that the property description has, was actually just a small box fan. The room safe was non functional and you were supposed to leave the key at the desk. The elevator was seriously 3ftx4ft and claustrophobia-inducing. When we walked into the room, we definitely had a ‘what did we just do’ feeling. We left and got another hotel. In fairness, we’re not world travelers, maybe we just chose too ‘local’ of a place…

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le manque de service lorsqu’on arrive en bas.
On doit porter ses bagages un étage avant d’arriver à la réception.
L’ascenseur trop petit. Pas la place pour 2 personnes avec bagages!!

Correct dans l’ensemble, mais quelques points à améliorer

L’établissement était propre et le personnel correct et disponible. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne le matelas, que j’ai trouvé trop mou et peu confortable. J’ai notamment eu mal au dos après avoir dormi dessus. Nous avons également été surpris de devoir régler à notre arrivée une taxe de séjour d’un peu plus de 4 € par jour et par personne, alors que nous avions compris lors de la réservation que les taxes étaient comprises. Il serait préférable que ce supplément soit indiqué plus clairement au moment de la réservation afin d’éviter cette surprise.
