Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption und als angenehmen Bonus bekam beim ich ein Zimmer in einer höheren Kategorie als gebucht.

Cons:

Unaufmerksamer und unfreundlicher Service. Die Gnocchi waren stark überbraten, sechs Stück für CFR 28, Hahnenwasser CFR 6, obwohl ich wie in anderen Restaurants eine Glasflasche mit stillem Mineralwasser erwartet hatte. Der Wein wurde lieblos serviert, ohne ihn probieren zu lassen. Das Brot wurde komplett vergessen. Die Preise entsprechend nicht der Qualität.

Just book it. You won't regret it!
Pros:

Fabulous resort with tons of things to offer. Waking up and seeing Matterhorn from the room was such a great experience. The resort is close to everything, located on a quiet street, and offers great breakfasts and an amazing spa. Don't think twice!!

Gute Lage (ruhig, nicht mitten im Dorf) mit Sicht auf Matterhorn.
Top freundliches Personal. Und damit meine ich alle ohne Ausnahme.
Schöne saubere Zimmer.
Super Spa Wellness mit drei perfekten Pools mit Sprudelbad und Massagedüsen.
Perfektes Frühstückangebot, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht war für mich die Bettmatratze etwas zu hart. Aber danach habe ich mich daran gewöhnt 😉

Un deuxième séjour tout aussi merveilleux que le premier !
Pros:

C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous avons tout autant adoré que la première fois ! Le spa, les délicieux repas et l’ambiance nous ont permis de passer un très beau moment à deux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Rien à signaler, nous avons encore une fois passé un excellent séjour.

Exceptional in every way
Pros:

Location was central and everything was within close walking distance, but also just out the way of the busy Main Street. The spa had adult only areas with pools only accessible for adults after a certain time which was also perfect for us. We ate twice at the restaurant La Ginabelle and both times the menu and food was exceptional. We could not fault it at all. The hotel owner is very present and involved in the day to day runnings, we saw him daily going above and beyond both for ourselves and others. A very kind and generous man. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room even got a little decoration for my birthday! I highly highly recommend staying here for your visit to Zermatt.

Great location, Great Facilities.
Pros:

Great location - Central to main tourist area of Zermatt. Approximately 5 minutes walk to Zermatt Train Station. Large bed. Great facilities. Clean room. Buffet breakfast - wide range of selection.

The staff take your bags to the room which is a huge plus as well.

Cons:

The lights. Quite difficult to work how to turn off. My suggestion is to had a blurb in guest handbook on how to use them. I rang reception on the first night has I was having difficulty, and their suggestion was to just take out the power card, which them meant now power to charge my phone over night. So, for anyone reading this + button is turn lights on, - button is to dim, but you can just press the - button to turn off.

Cooling - in the guest handbook it’s say you can control the temperature in your room, but the thermostat wouldn’t adjust to my preferred temperature.

Otherwise I had a good stay.
