Die Ausstattung und das Buffet am Morgen war sehr gut!
Ich finde es schade, dass man mit dem Personal nie auf schweizerdeutsch sprechen konnte. Da es sich um einen deutssprachige Gemeinde handelt, finde ich es wichtig, dass das Personal Deutsch spricht.

Everything! The staff all went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. For example, the restaurant served us when we arrived late even though they were closing. The pool bar man opened a special bottle of wine that we wanted to drink in our room etc
The reception should have one person at the desk earlier than 7. A tour group was up at 5 and made an incredible amount of noise hanging out outside so we woke up then too! Too early to have noisy people in the common areas!
La Ginabelle was by far our favorite hotel during our entire trip! The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and when we got to the lobby I realized I had forgotten my handbag on the train. I started to panic, but Chiara at the front desk stayed calm and immediately reassured me and started calling the train station. Thankfully my husband was able to run back to the station and found my bag. Chiara noticed how stressed I was and offered me water. She was kind enough to upgrade our room as well. We loved the room, the heated pools and breakfast. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt!

Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent amenities including pool and spa. The daily breakfast was delicious. Staff were warm, attentive and helpful.

Best breakfast in town
Everything was perfect. Location, staff, hotel, breakfast, wellness….I can’t remember when I see so clean hotel, in every corner. Hotel has a very nice and calm wellness area, staff are very helpfull and friendly, breakfast was excelent, coffee machine with coffee and tea in the room, nice view. Room has everything what is needed. Hotel is five minute walk from a centre and railway station, just a few steps from cable cars, shops, restaurant.
Just a small idea for improvement- in the room there is a coffee machine, coffee cubs and tea - would by nice to have a bigger mug for tea, not only small coffe mugs.
The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the centre . It is quite large and has an unusual geography but which took us a day or two to work out. Because of its sizet he hotel has a corporate feel to it. Our room was good, clean and well furnished. The breakfast was superb both in variety and quality.
All the staff were polite and efficient.
The hotel operates a shuttle service between the station and the hotel.
The 2 best things about the hotel- its view of the Matterhorn and the roof top pool and jacuzzi which was a great relief on very hot afternoons

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, kleiner kritik Punkt wäre die Cocktail-Preise in der Hotelbar, ist aber wahrscheinlich in Zermatt üblich.
Otelin konumu mükemmel ve sunduğu konfor gerçekten üst düzeydeydi. Odaları son derece geniş, tertemiz, tam donanımlı ve yatakları inanılmaz rahattı. Güne çok zengin, çeşitli ve kaliteli bir kahvaltıyla başlamak harikaydı.
Tüm çalışanlar son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi; özellikle resepsiyondaki Hayal Baran'a ilgisi, nazik yaklaşımı ve kalpten yardımları için çok teşekkür ederim. Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir tesis, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!
