Tamanho do quarto bom para a quantidade de pessoas.
Café da manhã bom, bem preparado, alimentos saborosos.

Cons:

Falta manutenção do quarto, janelas de banheiro com vidros quebrados.
Manobrista quebrou a chave do meu veículo e o hotel nem me questionou, me acusou de eu ter quebrado, mesmo reportando o fato em seguida ao ocorrido.
Não teria por que quebrar minha própria chave e correr o risco de ficar na estrada por conta disso.
Wi-Fi não funciona, disseram que fazia alguns dias, mas nada resolvem.
Setor de reservas demora a responder.

O hotel é no centro, a noite é meio deserto é bem em frente a parada de ônibus. Camas confortáveis, café da manhã bom.

o ar faz barulho e é antigo, o frigobar fazia barulho e tem vazamento no banheiro que cheira a mofo, chuveiro espalha a água toda e são 3 lances de escadas para o primeiro andar.

Não tinha Wi-Fi, não tinha coberta, solicitei uma cama de casal eram duas de solteiro coladas, ar condicionado não gelava o quarto. Recepcionista sem educação, tempo de espera grande para estacionar o carro, se caso você leva tem que buscar, o manobrista não trás o carro.
