Everything seemed to be good. I will recommend

First time at this hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Spacious comfortable room. Awesome bathroom and shower. Buffet-style breakfast was more than adequate - you could have as much or as little as you wanted. We visit Dunstable regularly so will definitely stay again.

The room was fine; the choice for breakfast was fairly wide, though it would have been nice to have had more choice with the cooked breakfast rather than just bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg. Staff were v.attentive at what was a busy time

It was a pleasing stay. However, very expensive! I assume this is because of the very limited hotel options in the area. I never expected to pay so much for a Holiday Inn Express on a weekday.

Our stay was total a disaster when arriving and asking about the restaurant we were told it’s not a good menu so you should get something in and that there was only half an hour left to order anyway. When we went to our room it was clear straight away that it hadn’t been cleaned correctly. When getting into bed we rolled into the middle as the bed was broken. When I asked to be changed they said the hotel was full and the only room was a twin room witch was not what we booked as my wife needs a disabled room. We were then told that’s all they have and we should report it in the morning with no thoughts of how my disabled wife would sleep. I had to put all my pillows along the middle of the bed to stop her rolling over while I slept along the bottom of the bed. I did mention this at reception in the morning, but all they said was sorry nothing was done. Not acceptable when they claim to have accessible rooms that are not fit for use. And if this wasn’t enough when I tried to turn the mattress to see if it would help the protection cover was full of stains and pubic hairs again Not acceptable. Never using this hotel again and will never use holiday inn again.

The room was clean and very welcoming. The sofa bed mattress had lost its shape so it was uncomfortable but for one night it’s all right. On the other side the double bed was very comfy. Great breakfast, and excellent service. I would recommend it.

We use this hotel a lot while visiting our family, we always find the staff very friendly hotel always very clean rooms kept very clean. Breakfast adequate for our needs. The bar area always nice for that last drink 🍷🍺

After having a problem with wheelchair access to a previously booked hotel in Dunstable for the Saturday night went into reception and was helped advised on room rates and availability from a manager went and booked on line with hotels.com as advised would save on room rate very easy to book accessible room quality of room excellent staff attentive very friendly couldn’t do more for us excellent breakfast room and easy to work our way round
