Begeistert!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind so nett und zuvorkommen, ich bin begeistert! Leider sind mir zwei Dummheiten passiert bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt und es wurde nicht nur ein Auge zu gedrückt, mir wurde so ein wohltuendes Gefühl dabei gegeben, dass ich jedem der sich wie zuhause fühlen möchte, dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen kann. Ich bin schon in sehr vielen Hotels unter gekommen aber diese Herzlichkeit hat mich sehr berührt, immer wieder gerne!

Katastrophe
Cons:

Habe im Hotel 6 Tage übernachtet, Zimmer wurde nicht einmal geputzt. Es waren keine Handtücher da.
Die Jalousien waren kaputt und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Die Zimmer waren dreckig.
Wenn man ein Personal erwischt und was fragen eollte, waren diese lieber sm Telefon und liesen den Kunden mindestens 15 Minuten warten, bis man Ihren eingenen Telefonat zu Ende geführt hat. Im totalen sehr schlechtes Personal, Zimmer Katastrophe, keinPutzpersonal etc.

Selbst für das günstige Marktsegment eine glatte 6 als Schulnote.

Ich konnte mein Fahrzeug nahe dem Zimmer abstellen.

Cons:

Kein TV, der funktioniert, und kein WLAN, obwohl beides als Ausstattung angegeben war. Die Sauberkeit ließ extrem zu wünschen übrig - der Boden klebte, der Vergrößerungsspiegel war sehr lange nicht gereinigt worden, der Heizkörper war eher in Jahren gerechnet nicht gesäubert worden. Die Rezeption sollte bis 19 Uhr besetzt sein, so wurde es gegen 17.30 Uhr angekündigt, war jedoch nicht der Fall. Kurz vor 19 Uhr hieß es, dass die Rezeption am Donnerstag nur bis 14 Uhr besetzt gewesen sei. Im Januar 2026 den eingeschränkten Putzservice mit Corona-Hinweis von 2020 zu begründen, lässt eher vermuten, dass seit 2020 nicht geputzt wurde.

Geht gar nicht! Abreißen und neu bauen!

Wirklich gar nichts!

Cons:

Eigentlich alles: Ein sehr dreckiges, völlig heruntergekommenes Zimmer mit riesigem Instandsetzungsbedarf!!

Noch schlimmer: Das bezahlte Frühstück am Sonntag hat nicht stattgefunden, weil kein Personal vor Ort war und auch kein Frühstück vorbereitet war - völlig unzumutbar!
