Pros:

Ils nous ont donné une chambre plus grande et très agréable avec une vue incroyable. Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux.

Cons:

La serveuse du restaurant ce soir-là était très impolie, nous avons donc annulé la réservation et sommes allés dans un autre restaurant.

Alles bestens - wir würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer - sehr geräumig; sehr freundliches Personal, wenige Schritte zum Zentrum, sehr ruhig - alles tip top.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas sehr weich - aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es hat uns nichts "nicht gefallen"

Uphill walk is worth it
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly as responsive. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was nice. The views are great and the styling is very much Swiss mountain hotel.

Cons:

Our room was directly below the restaurant/breakfast area. It made it a bit noisy if you wanted to sleep in. Other rooms may not have the same issue.
