Génial
Pros:

Ils nous ont donné une chambre plus grande et très agréable avec une vue incroyable. Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux.

Cons:

La serveuse du restaurant ce soir-là était très impolie, nous avons donc annulé la réservation et sommes allés dans un autre restaurant.

Alles bestens - wir würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer - sehr geräumig; sehr freundliches Personal, wenige Schritte zum Zentrum, sehr ruhig - alles tip top.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas sehr weich - aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es hat uns nichts "nicht gefallen"

Uphill walk is worth it
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly as responsive. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was nice. The views are great and the styling is very much Swiss mountain hotel.

Cons:

Our room was directly below the restaurant/breakfast area. It made it a bit noisy if you wanted to sleep in. Other rooms may not have the same issue.

Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel, abseits des Rummels, aber doch sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Zimmer war sehr ruhig, obwohl gleich neben der Rezeption und Lift gelegen. Betten sind sehr bequem. Frühstück klein aber fein, alles was man braucht ist da. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben am Abend gut und gemütlich gegessen.

Cons:

Es führt eine sehr steile Strasse zum Hotel, wir hatten Glück, dass es fast keinen Schnee auf der Strasse hatte, sonst wären wohl Schneeketten angesagt.

Super freundliches Personal und familiär geführtes Hotel im Chaletstil. Können wir weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schön, gemütlich.

Cons:

Alles sehr gut an der Unterkunft. Nur die Strasse zum Zentrum war vereist. Mit den Skischuhen nicht einfach zu laufen.

Very good but expensive
Pros:

The rooms are confortable and big. Bathroom clean and new. Our room had a wonderful view. The food was very good. Staff very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Extremely expensive hotel and restaurant. I would also have expected a bit more variety at the buffet breakfast
