Pros:

家族４人で４泊しました。日本から出発する際に予約の飛行機が欠航となり、ホテルに到着する時間が夜中の１時過ぎになると連絡したところ、入室方法を丁寧に回答してくれました。部屋は4階最上階で2部屋あり、ベランダからは正面にアイガーを眺めることができました。部屋がとても広くゆったり過ごすことができました。グリンデルワルト駅までは徒歩5分位です。メイン通りを一本入り静かな場所です。サウナがホテルの外にあります。最後の夜に使わせてもらいました。ハイキングの疲れを癒すことができました。

Loved it and would definitely visit again!
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff! The people running the hotel are amazing!!! Would definitely recommend it for a family stay. The breakfast was also very nice!

Cons:

The bathrooms need modernizing. They are super clean and fully functional but they are a bit old school. This is not a problem, just a point for improvement.

Wonderful location, views, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! Highly recommended!!!
Pros:

This was our favorite hotel during our time in Switzerland! We had an amazing view of Eiger from our spacious balcony, the breakfast was delicious, and it was so nice to have access to laundry. The location is excellent, and the staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! We will return!

・朝早く出る必要があり相談したところ、朝食ボックスを希望に応じて作ってくれた
・受付の女性が優しくて、素敵なホスピタリティだったし、誕生日に気づいてくれてプロセッコをくれた
・メッセージも迅速だったし、受付とも連携がちゃんとなされてた
・部屋も可愛くて基本的に必要なものは揃ってる
・すぐに絶景が見れる

スタッフがフレンドリー。朝食がおいしい

Cons:

ランドリーがあるという表示でしたが　使用できませんでした。３ベッドをお願いしていて　たしかに３ベッドありましたがダブルベッドタイプとシングルでした。シングル×３をお願いしたかったです。
駅からの上り坂が急で　年齢を重ねてつらかったです。もっと年をとったらもう来れないかも・・と残念でした。

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Grindelwald e dai ristoranti della zona. Staff molto cordiale e gentile, sempre pronto a darci le informazioni richiesta. Ottima colazione con magnifica vista della faccia nord dell'Eiger, visibile anche dal balcone della camera.
