Pros:

Very friendly staff, around 2km from the center, easily reachable on foot or public transport, a medium sized mall 3 mins away, quite peaceful

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, regrettably doesn't have a restaurant or bar. Otherwise good

Não tinha água , reclamei o funcionário em questão não tomou nenhuma atitude , sua resposta foi algo do género : vou ver … viu tanto que se perdeu no caminho , tive tempo de tomar o pequeno almoço e volta , sem água sem ar condicionado, péssimo atendimento, sai sem tomar sequer um banho , o hotel pareceu me bom apesar deste imprevisto mau resolvido, em termos de funcionamento PÉSSIMO

Pros:

Um hotel pequeno mas limpo. Muito bem localizado, próximo à Casa da Música. Os funcionários mostraram-se simpáticos e disponíveis. O pequeno-almoço pareceu demasiado simples.

Mi ha soddisfatto la disponibilità dello staff. Non ricordo i nomi degli impiegati. Ricordo, però, il Sig. Marco (un signore in tutti i suoi comportamenti). Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Grazie Marco!

Cons:

Il bagno da rifare. Non c'è aria di ricambio. La stanza non aveva nessun tipo di aria condizionata (sicuramente pompa di calore senza gas!). Nel bagno ho trovato una specie di aeratore elettrico non funzionante. Le signore addette alle pulizie, a mio parere, hanno fatto il massimo. Ogni giorno rifacevano la camera ... grazie. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone ma non è stato possibile ma non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo perché tutte le porte e le finestre erano erano saldate. La stanza non aveva riciclo d'aria. Consiglio: Prima di prenotare contattate l'Hotel per tutte le informazioni!

Estancia breve pero bien
Pros:

Buen trato del personal, me dejaron guardar las maletas el dia que me iba hasta las 22:00hs habiendo hecho el checkout mucho antes, todo fue tranquilo, habia balcon

No habia aire acondicionado, pero del resto todo bien

Pros:

Hello, I stayed only for a night on 28th August 2025, I really liked this hotel and specifically I liked the behaviour and sense of help of two receptionists at night ,one of them helped me patiently(at 11:00 PM) to figure out how to go to airport, and another one actually made sure that I could book taxi for the airport (at 3:40 AM) since both of the receptionists communicated before and knew I need to go to air port at 3:30 AM), unfortunately I don't know their names, but I really appreciate both of them, please say my Hello to both 🥰🥰

Cons:

Nothing bad and I liked the hotel , but I was surprised I didn't find charging points near the bed🤭
