Aceitável para uma noite, mas caro para o que oferece.
Pros:

Para o meu objetivo a localização fez toda a diferença. Limpeza.

Cons:

No quarto onde estava ouvia-se muito o barulho da rua. Televisão mal colocada no quarto, estava fixa na parede e muito alta com o ecrâ a apontar para o teto, não era possível ajustar. O preço é exagerado para o conforto do hotel.

Pros:

dans l'ensemble c'était très bien, la chambre et le petit déjeuner très correct. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement aussi car très bien desservie par les transports. Je recommande cet hôtel sans problème.

Cons:

Un petit bémol sur le bruit de la circulation mais rien de bien méchant.

Cons:

Kredi kartı ile ödemek istediğimde sistemin çalışmadığını, nakit ödemem gerektiğini söylediler. Booking sistemine verdiğim sanal kartımdan tahsilatı yapmalarını belirttim ama onu da yapamadılar. Personel yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama teknik bir arızayı çözmelerini beklerdim.
Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok geniş değil.

Worst stay of my life ever !!!!! No manners means that they don’t care 😡

Nothing was good !!!! Absolutely disgusting and terrible experience. Never have I experienced this with booking .com !!!!

Cons:

It was not in Matosinhos as I requested. Was too central , noisy and busy . Outdated , old fashioned .
Reception guy was so super rude. Had no credit card facilities. Why ? Who carries cash. Told me to go to ATM and wanted to deal with another patron. I said no - me 1st . Had to pay cash otherwise couldn’t stay the night and would bill on credit card details I booked with . Was Rude beyond. I Asked for proof of payment . Gave me a blotted receipt which still said I owed the full amount. Would not leave reception area till he signed that I had paid cash . He refused. Eventually the patron told him to write that down and sign so that they could check in.
Worst hotel and experience I’ve ever had and I travel 4x year. Will never stay in that dump again . Rather pay more and stay else.
