We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with tourist attractions within walking distance.

Cons:

1. Despite booking well in advance, our room was in a separate building outside the main hotel grounds.
2. The front door to the annex was extremely stiff and difficult to open. The staff were aware of this but showed no remorse.
3. The bathroom was unbelievably small, with no place to put towels or clothes, making it the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Pros:

Hôtel situé dans la vieille ville, très bon emplacement. Literie très confortable. Endroit calme. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel agréable.
Chambre avec balcon. Vue magnifique sur l’Alentejo.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux.

Gostei do café da manhã, da localização do hotel, do tamanho do quarto.
Gostei do atendimento.

Cons:

Não gostei do banheiro que tinha uma escada para entrar e não gostei da localização do quarto que precisava subir 02 pavimentos de escada com várias malas.

Tienen 6 plazas de parking pero de eso no te informan hasta el día anterior. Si no llegas a tiempo de ocupar una de las seis plazas, te mandan a aparcar a la calle y si no tienes sitio es tu problema. Soy una persona con una leve discapacidad y la solución que me ofrecieron fue aparcar en la plaza de otro cliente que sí había conseguido plaza. Ese es el respeto que le tienen a sus clientes. Les dije que no estaba de acuerdo y se negaron a devolver el dinero de la reserva. Decidí no quedarme en el hotel y se despidieron de con burlas hacia mí y comentarios poco acertados. Una falta de ética absoluta. Es un hotel lamentable. Por cierto, cuando dicen que te ayudan a buscar sitio es que te dan un mapa fotocopiado donde pintan a boli dos círculos y te dicen que aparques ahí y te mandan a la calle. NO AVISAN CON ANTERIORIDAD AL PAGO DE QUE NO HAY PLAZAS. Lo hacen con un mail el día anterior a tu llegada cuando ya has pagado y no puedes anular. Hay otros hoteles en la ciudad a los que se llega muy rápido y que son mucho más accesibles y cómodos.

Empregados de recepcao muito simpaticos e profissionais, hotel bem situado, nao precisamos de carro para visitar a cidade.
Pequeno almoco - as 8h30, ja tudo muito vazio, as senhoras nem um bom dia disseram, cara serrada, sem profissionalismo, tentar escolher outra empresa ou contratar alguem fixo, uma opiniao.
