Worst Experience!
Pros:

The day before we arrived we wanted to cancel due to some emergency but the hotel refused to refund the amount and we came to the hotel and the room was relocated to another hotel and we were not informed before hand. The room was overbooked by the hotel even though we had prepaid the room and booked 2 months in advance!

Excellent modern hotel with great amenities
Pros:

Excellent hotel. I have visited this place 3 times in the off season. It is spacious, quiet and is an elegant, modern design. The service is attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. The spa is wonderful.

Really top class hotel. It’s part of Leading Hotels of the World group and it easily lives up to that standard. As with all the very best hotels, exceptional facilities are taken to another level by the quality of the people inside. Every single member of the team we encountered was amazing. Perfect in every way.

nothing is less than perfect, the hotel staff from the reception to concierge to the restaurant staff, they were very friendly and made our stay no less than perfect. the hotel facility and location were amazing too & I would highly recommend it for whoever visiting the Forte Dei Marmi

Lovely hotel close to the beach and town
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with contemporary modern design. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The evening turn down service is exceptional. Food at the hotel is delicious.
The pool area is small but the service and sun beds are excellent. The beach is a 5 minute walk if you want to be in view of the sea but sun beds will cost extra. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to use as they want and there are miles of cycle lanes along the sea front so it’s really nice to go out exploring.
Forte Dei Marmi is a lovely place and it is easy to travel from here to local well known towns and resorts. The hotel reception staff were excellent and very willing to help with planning of day trips etc.

Relaxing Stay

This is a very new hotel with modern furnishings that are very sleek. We were upgraded from a standard room to a superior and the room was spacious and very comfortable although we both found the bed a lit hard for our taste.The pool area is also very good and in June there were plenty of available sun loungers. Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate but that wasn't an issue as often we don't bother with it. Our only gripe really was having to pay in excess of €100 per couple for access to the beach, showers and sun loungers. Needless to say the hotel's beach facility was virtually empty. Apparently the fee is sometimes included the room rate which I think means you just pay more for the room. Given the cost of even the most basic rooms and the fact that the hotel is in a beach resort, it seems odd that guests have to pay extra to visit the beach. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and all the restaurants we dined in were excellent.The shopping was great too.

Beautiful luxury hotel with excellent service

Excellent service at this beautiful hotel. The room lacks hot water kettle, coffee maker but overall it is wonderful. The staff in the spa, the front desk and the porters were wondering and made my experience memorable.

Exceptional Hotel and Service
Pros:

I have traveled to 65 countries and stayed in magnificent five star resorts and hotels. I'm not easily impressed.
I rate this hotel as being one of the best in the world. The service of ALL staff at every level whether it be at the Lux Restaurant, 67 Bar, Diamaza Beach Club and Restaurant, down to the manicurist were superb. They were extremely conscientious and warm. The concierge team on location understand the clientele of this hotel and made appropriate suggestions for each activities. Concierge Massimo is very special and made our trip and our friends visit exceptional!


We took the Principe Yacht out twice during our stay. It was so mazing that we had to do it more than once. The captain and the mate could not have been more accommodating.
