Reception desk insisted on a wrong point that we hadn’t paid for breakfast and consistently wanted to charge us even when O showed them the reservation. I had to involve Booking.com to get this solved only by check out. More than the error the atitude from the team was not good
It’s important to be cautious with the exchange rate used by the hotel, as it is significantly higher than usual. In my case, I ended up paying approximately 15% more per night compared to the advertised price due to the exchange rate applied.
We received an excellent welcome from Yamile during check-in, who made us feel great from the very first moment. We especially appreciated the upgrade to a Master Suite, a thoughtful touch that made a real difference in our stay.
The pool, with its warm water, was very comfortable and enjoyable. The internet was fast and reliable at all times. We would also like to highlight the excellent service from Yessica and Mónica in the lounge, always attentive and kind.
As a point for improvement, the room’s ventilation system made a fairly loud noise that woke us up around 5 a.m. Even after turning off the air conditioning, the noise continued.
The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and impeccable service.
Overall, we had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay.
The price in Booking.com was not respected by the hotel that applied a different conversion rate and end up charging me more than UD$ 600. In addition to that my deposit for incidentals has not been reverted. It's been 10 working days since we check out from the hotel and in spite of my complains they haven't returned any money to my card.
Fraudulent practise!
The hotel forces you to make reservation in USD but payment is only done in Mexican Peso.
With the internal, fixed exchange rate - 22 vs 17 that’s the market rate. Booking that I made for 1660 they charged me 2100 usd (via completely fraudulent behaviour). When I complained, first they tried to defend that as absolutely normal practise but ultimately were forced to return the difference. My recommendation - Stay away!

Es un hotel cómodo, y el servicio es muy amable.
La ubicación es my buena si te vas a quedar en la zona de Santa Fe. Muy cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y hospitales.
