Although it was an older facility, it actually had everything we might want in a hotel.
Pros:

Couch, TV and bed were satisfactory.

Okay facility, nice staff. Find another place for breakfast and check if the pool is actually open.
Pros:

Price was okay. Rooms were clean,

Cons:

Sparse breakfast. Only cereal, boiled eggs, waffles, rather stale bagels. No juice, no fruit. We booked the room expecting a pool, and was not told until the day of the pool was being repaired. The lobby looks nice, but the hallways and rooms are shabby. A new coat of paint is definitely desirable.

Spiders abd spider webs. Broken toilet seat. Poor internet and TV coverage, dirty bathroom floors, dirty pillows on the bed. Poor upgrade work.
No refund for leaving yet.

Not a place I would stay again.
Pros:

Very nice staff!!! Ice machine worked. Fridge in room.

Cons:

The place is old, rundown and unkept. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work for the entire time (2.5 days), We asked at the desk, but said they didn't know what else to do after trying two different network options. There are no outlets by the bed so we had to buy an extension cord to run a CPAP. The lighting in the room is nonexistent, the cleanliness was pretty bad too. Lots of dust, bathroom mirror was dirty, bathtub needs refinished, carpets need cleaned, desk was sticky and we washed it ourselves, then it was fine. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, make you own waffles and stale bakery. Coffee was barely warm.

This place was disgusting.
Pros:

The lady at the desk was very sweet and tried her best.

Cons:

The place was filthy. Had to move twice. Once because the bedding was stained. The second was because it was dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work. The third room stunk so bad in the bathroom we had to keep the door shut to sleep. Got up and left at 4am.

Cons:

This place is bad. REAL bad. No one at front desk when checked in. Our original room was not clean, smelled, and no power. When we asked for a different room we were moved to a room with full size beds and it was FREEZING cold. Our 3rd attempt at getting a king size bed (like we originally booked) only got us 2 queens. What really got us was no refund or even something taken off the original room price. It was very LOUD, breakfast was old cereals, FREEZING cold, and gross coffee. NEVER EVER again. I'd sleep on the street before staying here again. Bad, bad, bad.

Price was good but other things, not so much.
Pros:

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Most breakfasts have scrambled eggs and bacon, this one did not. It did have boiled eggs but it's no comparison.

Cons:

The floor in our room hadn't been swept, they should always run a broom or dust mop, but this one wasn't touched.

Pros:

carly at the front desk tried to do what ever she could do to help. but the other personal were helpless, no working phone could not call front desk, because the front desk had no wifi ,could not even call 911, i tried but it did not go through. tried to get wake up call but the phones did not work. was very dissapointed will never stay at a baymont ever again. wcould not believe that that was a wyndham property.
