Funcionários despreparados
Pros:

A localização é boa, o quarto era espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

Antes de entrar no hotel, liguei e pedi um checkin antecipado, o que ao telefone me foi dito que seria possível por volta das 13h30. Apareci perto desse horário e o funcionário disse que eu não havia ligado antes, que o checkin teria que ser apenas após as 14h30 (na confirmação da reserva dizia que o horário seria 14h00) e que eu tinha que esperar o horário fora do hotel. Foi bastante rude.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der UBahn. Ums Eck gibt es mehrere Frühstückrestaurants die wir gerne genutzt haben.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bedürfen einer Renovierung. Die Einflugschneise vom Flughafen führt über die Wohnblöcke mit geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Sollte das Fenster offen stehen, die Hebel / Schlüssel gibt es bei der Rezeption.

Exactly what I wanted for my stay!
Pros:

Beautiful old building, easy to find. Quiet, comfy beds, nice staff. Ideal for a short stay in Lisbon.

No hay ventilación, la habitación huele a humedad. Hay excesivo ruido de otros cuartos lo que no permite descansar bien. La cama es muy incómoda.
