Pros:

Staff at the reception are super friendly and always ready to help with any inquiries. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the beach, so I would recommend go down to the beach and taking the shuttle bus back up to the hotel.

Prachtig uitzicht, geweldig hotel.
Shuttlebus service goed geregeld
Leuke badplaats is monterosso. Veel leuke restaurantjes.

Cons:

Een klein zwembad had het compleet gemaakt.
Je zit best vast aan het schema van de shuttlebus.
Dat is even wennen. Wel goed geregeld.

Cons:

Our bathroom needed some attention. When catching the bus service the hotel organises to and from the resort there is usually a wait. This is very efficient but if you have 6 people it is a bit difficult.
It could do with a swimming pool.

The view made our trip truly unforgettable and turned it into a dream vacation.

We absolutely loved the view. The combination of the mountains, the sea, and the sky created a truly breathtaking panorama.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that were beautifully presented and well organized.

Cons:

We were surprised that there was no coffee machine or complimentary bottled water in the room. Many other hotels provide these basic amenities, so we expected a similar level of service.

Another inconvenience was the shuttle service. The shuttle van accommodates only eight passengers and runs just once an hour. As a result, we often felt restricted and had to plan our schedule around its limited capacity and infrequent service.

la vista tan hermosa que tienen, la tranquilidad de la zona hace que baje la presión de una alta temporada. sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en Monterosso, la flexibilidad para solucionar cualquier pregunta o necesidad, el desayuno fue muy completo y de excelente calidad, pudimos ver la cultura italiano en su comida a travez del desayuno.
El personal de transporte fue muy puntual fue toda una experiencia, pasamos dias muy especiales en el hotel y en este viaje de familia. Mil gracias!

Pros:

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen, klassisk italiensk frukost med massa sötsaker. En shuttel buss kör upp och ner till stranden/centrum varje timma vilket är riktigt praktiskt.

Aussicht ist genial. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Hotel ist in Alleinlage, sehr ruhig. Stündlich ist ein Shuttlebus in die Stadt eingesetzt der sehr pünktlich fährt. Frühstück war sehr reichlich und vielseitig. Der Ausblick vom "Zimmer mit Meerblick" auf die Dörfer der Cinque Terre ist genial.

La vue, le silence dehord

Cons:

Le lit ultra rigide, on entend tout ce que font les voisins dans les chambres ou dans l’escalier, la climatisation est tombée en panne deux fois sur notre séjour de 4 jours, le personnel n’a rien fait ni trouvé de solution pour le problème du bruit

Skvělá volba i pro náročného hosta za férovou cenu.
Pros:

Fantastický výhled na moře a celé pobřeží Cinque Terre přímo z balkonu pokoje. Služby hotelu včetně permanentní kyvadlové dopravy k pláži a zpět po celý den na nejvyšší úrovni. Velmi pestrá snídaně, čerstvé ovoce, vynikající káva, bezlepkové pečivo je samozřejmostí.

Cons:

Klimatizace pokoje - proud chladného vzduchu, který byl pro spánek a odpočinek zcela nezbytný, byl nasměrován přímo na lůžkovou část bez možnosti jemnějšího nastavení a nasměrování.
