אהבנו הכל, מרגע הקבלה עם פקיד הקבלה האדיב והנחמד, החדר מרווח מאוד, מסודר, נקי מאובזר במקרר, מיקרו, מכונת קפה, קומקום, כלי אוכל ובקבוק מים מינרלים. המקלחת מבריקה עם זרם מים מפנק ומים חמים בשפע. כשיצאנו היתה פקידת קבלה גם היא נחמדה מאוד ואדיבה. בקיצור מלון לא מפואר אבל מאוד מזמין, נעים וכייפי. המיקום מעולה, ממש במרכז העיר. פשוט תענוג.

Best resting spot in Jerusalem
Pros:

There was construction going on around this establishment but the service I received for the 10 days I stayed made up for all that was going on. The place is spotless from the front of the house to room I was in. The satff is friendly and accommodating in every way!! My two favorites where Ameer and Mosa! They were tender to my needs as a American visitor and worked with me through our language barriers. They made sure I got fresh towels, trashed dumped, and water daily. I always received a going and coming greeting. I felt safe and wanted as a customer. I look forward to seeing everyone again on my next visit!. If anyone need a place to stay for and extended amount of time while in Jerusalem please consider this establishment. Get to know the staff you will appreciate them. The rooms are spacious, clean, great view, great location to shops, eatery, and other needed facilities. Toda Raba!

The response on the WhatsApp wasn't answered when texted a message. Not a single response. Need to work on that. But thats just a small thing. 😊

בהחלט נחזור שוב
Pros:

חדרים גדולים, מיקום טוב, מקלחת נוחה ורחבה, תכשירי רחצה של ים המלח, מצעים ומגבות נקיות. לא היה חסר כלום
חדר אחסון למזוודות, לא גדול אבל היה מקום להכל - איחסנו בו גם בהגעה וגם ביציאה בלי בעיה
ולמרות העבודות בכביש, לא שמענו כלום בחדר

אין חניה אז נאצלנו לשלם לא מעט על חניון באזור- הליכה של 10 דקות ומעלה עם ציוד. היה יותר נחמד אם היה סבסוד כלשהו לחניונים שהוצעו ע"י המלון
