מיקום טוב מחיר שווה.
Pros:

מיקום מושלם. למרות שקשה להגיע עכשיו (2026) בגלל עבודות הרכבת. מחיר טוב. חדר נקי ויפה. קיבלנו גם שידרוג לחדר גדול.

ריח מסריח של ביוב באמבטיה הדלת לא נסגרת. הביאו לנו חדר שהוא לא היה מוכן עם שערות כן כן שערות של אישה במיטה כריות מאובכות. ישנתי על הכיסא עד הבוקר. האחראי עד עכשיו "בודק" מה קרה שם.
