Hotel pobrał opłatę zabezpieczającą (dodatkową), która miała być zwrócona po tygodniu. Minęło prawie dwa miesiące i nadal nie mam zwrotu pieniędzy. Pisałam wielokrotnie do hotelu. Początkowo zadeklarowano zwrot za 5-10 dni, jednak później nikt nie odpisywał.

Pros:

The room balcony was with tractor and a big hole under window of working on Jerusalem road.At 7.0 am they start the work and you can not sleep at all.looks like you sleep in the middle of constraction tunell

Cons:

A big problem of parking every parking around 10 min walk takes 35Ils,the hotel told it to be 100 ils per day ,was a lie,it 320 ils for 27 hours ,160 for the first day up to 06.00 am and each hour around 35 ils

Dobry hotel, ale nie kiedy trwa remont linii tramwajowej pod oknami
Pros:

Hotel teoretycznie w dobrym miejscu (bardzo blisko tramwaju, stacja City Center), jednak obecnie trwa budowa drugiej linii tramwajowej pod oknami hotelu. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony bardzo podstawowo, ale wystarczajaco. Wielkość pokoju w porządku. Jest winda. Spacerowa odległość do najważniejszych punktów maista to duża zaleta.

Cons:

Zupełny brak zainteresowania personelu gośćmi - praktycznie nie zdejmowali słuchawek z uszu. Dostaliśmy informację, ze okna są podwójne (pytaliśmy z uwagi na hałas z budowy linii tramwajowej), co nie było prawdą. Zacinał się zamek w pokoju.
