Not restful at all, I would love to send pictures but can only do this via whatsapp
Pros:

The staff were exceptionable. They went out of the way to help maker the stay pleasant under difficult circumstances. The fact that the hotel was one meter from a construction site did not help. The noise all day starting at 07:00 with jack hammers breaking up concrete and the dust made breathing difficult. The room, on the 6th floor opened directly onto the site. All internal problems were fixed over the next five days with equinamity. Some of the construction continued until 3 in the morning.

Cons:

Difficult accesss, the taxi driver, who knows Jerusalem spent a half and hour trying to find the hotel, he tried Waze, got lost, google earth, got lost, eventually called the hotel and the security guard came to fetch us and lead us to the hotel. The room was not ready, the sheets were dirty, the curtain torn and mended with duct tape, the ordered two sngle beds was a bouble bed. The cupboard was dusty, the TV control did not work, the vanity light was broken. To say one speaks a language, means one can comunicat clearly and understand the language. English was not one of them. Don't get me wrong, they tried their best and mostly succeeded.
