Pros:

Sul personale nulla da dire , davvero gentilissimo .

Cons:

Non siamo riusciti a stare nella stanza purtroppo , abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel senza soggiornare . C era troppo odore di muffa , e mia figlia si stava sentendo male ..
e poi va beh , diciamo che l hotel non è nella parte migliore di Genova . Quindi abbiamo preferito andarcene e soggiornare in una zona più tranquilla e adatta per una famiglia .

Pros:

Personnal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere 2 Reisefahrräder in der Nähe von der Rezeption (indoor) parken.

Cons:

Der Viertel ist eher laut, wir sind aber an einem Samstag da gewesen. Der Drogenhandel draußen ist scheinbar normal und wir haben uns trotzdem sicher gefühlt.

Lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum, piękna okolica w dzień, bezpłatne wi-fi działające super, przyjemny standard pokoju.

Cons:

"Szemrana okolica" wieczorem nie zachęcająca do wyjścia na miasto (niebezpieczne dla samotnych dziewczyn), słaby standard łazienki.

Bearable but pretty scary location for families and women.
Pros:

The hotel was bearable, the staff was kind.

Cons:

The location is pretty dangerous. There was a group in the front of the hotel which smoked weed and annoyed the people passing near by the hotel. The group stays there day and night.

La posizione centrale, il dispenser per l'acqua..comunque la camera era spaziosa ed il letto comodo...doccia molto grande

Entrando purtroppo la hall non ha un impatto positivo, andrebbe secondo me un po' restaurata. Altro aspetto negativo era il continuo schiamazzo di tipi poco raccomandabili fino a tarda notte

Pros:

Comodo per arrivare all'acquario di Genova, comodi i servizi intorno all'hotel e molto disponibile lo staff, facilmente raggiungibile e pratico.

Cons:

Il minibar in camera non funzionava e nonostante l'intervento di un tecnico ha continuato a non funzionare e in questo periodo caldo era essenziale averlo per rinfrescare le bibite e delle medicine che avevamo.

La habitación está bastante bien

Cons:

Yo lo contraté porque tenía parking y desayuno incluido y me negaron ambos servicios y llamé a Booking y me dijeron que era lo que había. Está ubicado en un callejón en la peor zona de Génova el señor un desagradable total. Todo salió fatal

Nous sommes partis dans les 30 mins après notre arrivée.
Pros:

Le monsieur de l’accueil était gentil.

Cons:

La chambre avait une petite fenêtre donnant directement sur le mur du bâtiment d’en face.
Il y avait des traces partout sur les murs et de la moisissure à plusieurs endroits.
Équipement très peu confortable. Aucune isolation sonore que ce soit avec l’extérieur ou l’intérieur du bâtiment (depuis le premier et porte fermé, on aurait dit que le monsieur de l’accueil discutait derrière notre porte).
Même si l’hôtel est très proche des rues animées de Gênes, il se trouve dans une petite ruelle qui donne tout sauf un sentiment de sécurité. Des personnes un peu étranges zonent autour de l’entrée.
