Najgorszy
Cons:

Kraty w oknach, brudno, brak ubranej pościeli. Straszna lokalizacja, mnóstwo negroidalnych nacpanych mężczyzn w lokalizacji koło hotelu, bardzo niebezpieczna droga do niego. Informacji o kratach w oknach nie było.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della persona che ci ha accolto.

Cons:

Sicuramente per essere in una zona centrale, non ci di sentiva propriamente al sicuro, nei vicoli c'era odore di urina e loschi personaggi che si aggiravano costantemente nei vicoli. Ovviamente non è colpa della struttura. Sulla struttura, c'era qualche difettuccio, ma non essendo particolarmente pignolo, dico accettabile per una notte, per più notti probabilmente sceglierei altro.

Übelster Gestank im Zimmer! Und 5cm große Kakerlaken! Umverschämt,dass Booking.com diese Absteige offiziell anbietet! Ganz schlimm!

Hôtel idéalement placé mais décevant sur plusieurs plans
Pros:

Les points positifs sont la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté des chambres, et surtout la situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet établissement car il était indiqué "Parking", or il n'y avait pas de parking ! Il a fallu se rendre au parking public le plus proche. Il n'y avait pas non plus de petit déjeuner. Dans l'une des 2 chambres, il y avait une odeur de renfermé, les volets étaient en mauvais état et il n'y avait qu'une seule table de nuit. La climatisation fonctionnait, mais n'était pas réglable de la chambre ! La salle de bains, dont les finitions étaient mauvaises (traces de peinture au sol) était si exigüe que l'accès au lavabo était entravé par le WC et ne comprenait pas de tablette pour poser les affaires. Enfin, bien que très bien situé, l'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel était très peu sécurisant !

Bonjour,

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut être proposé avec une note de 2 étoiles.

Le personnel ne parle ni français ni anglais, ce qui a rendu la communication très difficile.

Le parking annoncé sur place n’existe pas.

Le petit-déjeuner indiqué sur réservation n’était finalement pas disponible une fois sur place.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas : il y avait simplement un vieux ventilateur à la place.

L’eau chaude était insuffisante, l’eau était seulement tiède.

Concernant l’hygiène, la salle de bains était moyenne avec une forte odeur d’humidité.

En plus, devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par des dealers qui proposaient des produits stupéfiants, ce qui nous a mis très mal à l’aise et nous a donné un sentiment d’insécurité.

Franchement, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 2 étoiles et ne correspond pas du tout à la description annoncée.
