Pros:

L’hotel in sé è molto carino, camere piccoline ma comode se sei di passaggio per Genova.
Lo staff molto cordiale e gentile, per la pulizia ci sarebbero delle cose da migliorare sicuramente!

Cons:

La posizione. Passare nei vicoli la sera è spaventoso.
Ci sono personaggi molto discutibili a ogni angolo che cercando di rifilarti la qualunque nonostante ci siamo telecamere puntate ovunque.
Fini alle 4 del mattino c’è stato caos sotto l’hotel per le varie etnie che litigavano ogni 5 minuti. Diciamo che è comodo per la sua posizione vicino all’acquario.

Pros:

El hotel muy limpio y ordenado. El personal muy amable y siempre disponible. Cerca de la estación de Subte.

Cons:

La ubicación es rara, siempre había gente rara en las calles de al rededor y una noche cuando estaba llegando se empezaron a pelear rompiendo botellas. No me sentí muy segura pero todo Génova es en general así.

Pros:

Bien situé dans la ville

Cons:

Le parking proposé est très cher et trop loin avec des bagages. Je vis en pleine ville et pourtant le bruit a été insupportable jusqu’à 2h du matin. Quartier mal fréquenté, dealers en bas de l’hôtel, odeur d’herbe en ouvrant les fenêtres. je ne m’y suis pas senti en sécurité avec mes enfants, j’ai écourté mon séjour et j’ai changé d’hôtel.

Pros:

Rien. Annulation du aux commentaires terrible qu’on a lu (j’ai fait l’erreur de ne pas les lire). On refusé l’annulation.

Cons:

Les rue sont horrible et pas fait pour une famille.
Ils mentent sur le parking qui n’est pas de l’hôtel mais de la ville et coûte chère.
Pas de petit déjeuner. Encore un mensonge

Negative experience, für Frauen ist unrecommended, auch für 1 Nacht.
Cons:

Hotel befindet sich in sehr gefährlicher Umgebung. Wir sind um 20.00 angekommen. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, man musste im Parkhaus am Hafen das Auto stellen. Ankommen am Abend ist gefährlich, da an den Straßen zum Hotel im Zentrum Gruppierungen, sehr laut, sich versammeln. Während der Nacht wurde draußen die ganze Zeit Glas gebrochen und jemand hat geschreit.

Esperienza nel complesso deludente, soprattutto per la zona poco sicura e i continui rumori che hanno reso il soggiorno
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in famiglia in questo hotel a Genova e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il signore alla reception è stato davvero gentile e accogliente fin dal nostro arrivo. La struttura era pulita e ben curata, cosa per noi molto importante. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, che rende questo hotel un’ottima scelta per un soggiorno breve in città.

Cons:

L’hotel si trova in un vicolo davvero poco piacevole: la strada per arrivarci era sporca, con un forte odore di pipì lungo tutta la via, e la presenza di alcune persone nella zona ci ha messi molto a disagio, soprattutto la sera. Sinceramente, è stata una situazione piuttosto brutta e non ci siamo sentiti per niente tranquilli.

Inoltre, la struttura è poco insonorizzata: si sentivano chiaramente i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere e anche tutto ciò che accadeva fuori nel vicolo. Questo ha reso il soggiorno disturbato e decisamente meno piacevole del previsto.
