Cozy hotel, but missing personal care.
Pros:

The hotel has a very cozy and charming atmosphere, with a beautiful boutique-style design. We also really appreciated the gluten-free options available at both breakfast and dinner, which made the stay much easier and more comfortable for us. Some members of the staff were genuinely very friendly and pleasant as well.

Cons:

What we mainly missed was a more personal level of care and attention. We had informed the hotel in advance that this was our honeymoon, but this was never really acknowledged. We were not expecting an upgrade, gifts or anything extravagant, but even a simple congratulations or small gesture would have made the stay feel more special.

Unfortunately, we also both became quite sick during our stay and mentioned this to the hotel. Again, we were not expecting the hotel to solve our medical situation, but we had hoped for a little more personal concern or attentiveness, such as asking how we were feeling or whether we needed any help.

The individual interactions could be friendly, but overall the stay still felt somewhat impersonal. Especially for a small boutique hotel, we had expected a bit more warmth, awareness and personal care.

נהינו מאוד. מלון מעולה, יפה מאוד, נקי ומטופח. מרגישים שהושקעה מחשבה בכל פרט בעיצוב, מה שיוצר אווירה מיוחדת ונעימה. הצוות היה מאוד מאוד נחמד, אדיב ושירותי לאורך כל השהייה.

Fantastiskt!
Pros:

Vi bodde på Su Sergenti i två nätter och blev så väl mottagna när vi anlände. Vi fick tillgång till rummet trots att vi kom en timma före incheckning och hade ett rum med balkong ut mot gatan med utsikt över nejden/bergen och en glimt av havet längre bort. Supermysigt att sitta där på mornar och kvällar.

Att vistas i de gemensamma utrymmena var så härligt, det fanns soffor och fåtöljer både ute och inne där man kunde ta en drink eller bara chilla med soft musik.Likaså var det fint vid poolen som låg alldeles utanför frukostmatsalen. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig, både varmt och kallt. Vi åt middag en av kvällarna och det var en upplevelse i sig, fantastiskt god gnocchi och pasta!

Inredningen på hotellet behöver vi inte säga så mycket om mer än att bilderna absolut inte ljuger, tvärtom så smakfullt och mysigt!

Vårt flyg hem gick lite senare på kvällen och vi kunde låta väskorna vara kvar på hotellet så att vi kunde tillbringa sista dagen på stranden. Så smidigt att kunna boka en solstol på hotellets egna del på stranden där handduk ingick i hyran. Innan vi åkte iväg med taxin som hotellet hjälpte oss att boka, så fick vi tillgång till dusch- och omklädningsrum. T o m det var så välplanerat med avlastningsytor, speglar etc.

Sist men inte minst, personalen måste trivas att jobba här, så genuint, varmt och trevligt bemötande stöter vi sällan på. 🥰

A perfect short break in a lovely location.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, all the staff were very friendly & helpful & the location in respect of the beach & town was perfect. The restaurant, both at breakfast & and dinner, was superb.

Cons:

Unfortunately our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Eine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase!
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig zum Meer! Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und versucht jegliche Anliegen zu lösen.
Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und das wunderbare Ambiente sehr genossen!

Pros:

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma. Läget var utmärkt, det går att promenera till stranden på ca 10min. Gick även lokala bussar men ingen garanti att det fanns plats.

Cons:

Mycket getingar vid poolen var väll det enda att klaga på.
