Clean, spacious room with air con!
Pros:

Clean, spacious room, with air con which was most definitely needed.
Receptionists were friendly, and prompt with our check in.
Parking underground, paid but needed as on street parking not available.
We stayed for one Saturday night at the end of June whilst in the area, and the hotel was quiet, we slept well.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Lots of shops and cafes locally on the high street which is a stones throw away, and a short stroll the seafront.
