Garden room was amazing. Comfortable, private and garden bathroom.

Pool and old architecture were nice. WiFi didn't work very well.

The air conditioner in room 17 a little noise however staff were excellent

This is the nicest hotel/guest house that you will ever stay at for the price. The pool is unbelievable and the breakfast very fulfilling. Great location. Very happy customer who travels to Indonesia for work. Strong internet!

The Duta Guest Hotel has provided great shuttle services from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The swimming pool is a comfortable spot to relax. I get to also relax by watching television and seeing different english channels. The staff had provided great laundry services. The breakfast served were delicious. The staff were generous to serve light snacks and tea outside my room whenever I'm around. The staff were also considerate to ensure that the floor is mopped regularly. The distance between the hotel and other restaurant areas are near for me therefore it is easier for me to find my way back to the hotel. Overall, $18 per night was worth the stay in Jogjakarta Indonesia.

Nice hotel with a lot of good restaurants you can walk. Good breakfast, everyone is Nice from reception to breakfast and cleaning

The place is beautiful, the people are nice. However, we were very disappointed with the integrity and honesty of the room service. We accidentally left a big plastic bag full of goodies (oleh2 food in packages from Sulawesi, Malang and Yogyakarta, souvenirs key rings from Borobudur, and other stuff), when we called to ask because we want to go back to pick it up before we headed to the Airport, they said they threw the bag away because they thought it was trash. How can goddies and souvenirs be trash? They should look inside before throwing anything, especially in a big bag, we hope that’s really the case, or.... ??? Hm...

the staff here are awesome and so is the front area and pool. However the rooms need to have their mosquito netting fixed.
They did provide me with a breakfast for my early morning departure.

The economy room was bit too way economy, dirty and very old, needs renovtion ASAP.

Location is great, breakfast is good (they make omelets and banana pancakes) and the room is perfectly fine considering the price. What makes Duta such a great place is also the service of the staff - they were really helpful organizing trips. Highly recommended!

Homey hotel located in tourist hub of Yogya. The room I stay in 3rd floor has fan and shared bathroom. Its not sound proofing.

Hotel old , dirty(the electricity switches originally were white, but they look black because they have never been cleaned) and breakfast very basic. The only good thing is location. Beds really soft, no shower curtains so the whole bathroom becomes wet. Staff are nice.

Duta guesthouse is located at an area where you can walk to any restaurant nearby,tour company,small gloceries shop and tele machine.
The guesthouse itself is very comfortable and quiet.It is complete with pool,gym,tv room,reading corner etc.
The staff are very helpful and warm.They greet us with warm smile and assist us with our travel booking.

2 day stay at hotel. Good welcome, nice staff, good service. Almost literally an oasis, like they mention in their slogan. Quiet, buildings are separated by grass, water and plants, makes you feel you're staying outsite instead of inside a large city. Nice restaurants and bars in the street.
The staff prepared a box with breakfast on day of departure because we had to leave at 530 AM, perfect service!

Hotel has it's own bus/taxi that can be hired. We used it to visit Borobudur and to get us back to airport.

Very nice hotel in a central part of the city, nearby sites of interest. Very helpful hand friendly personnel. Rooms are around a garden or the swimming pool. When you come back in the afternoon they bring you tea with cake, very nice. The place is very quiet in the middle of the rumour of the streets.

I stayed at the Duta Hotel for three nights during a conference trip to Yogya. It is simple, very clean, comfortable, and has a high level of 'yogya charm'. The staff is lovely and very helpful. My room had a fan and AC, the hot water works, and they give you tea and snacks in the afternoon. The neighborhood has a good range of local and international food, some nice shops, and an amazing massage spot. I fully recommend this hotel.
