Хорошая локация для исследования города с чистыми номерами
Pros:

Местоположение самый большой плюс для меня, даже не пришлось пользоваться транспортом, я просто ходил пешком, гуляя по городу. Приветливый персонал. Если местами номер нужно обновить, то в плане чистоты всё классно! В ванной хорошая сантехника. Приятный внутренний дворик. Завтрак в формате буфета (если он оплачен, можно оплатить на месте), есть что выбрать, но и лишнего нет.

Cons:

У меня в номере окна выходи во внутренний двор и шума поездов метро я не слышал, но очень хорошо слушал, если кто-то шумел в номерах по соседству или в коридоре. Также были слышны звуки из трубы канализации. Т.е. звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Местами в номере ободранные стены (было около батареи), что бросается в глаза и портит впечатление от отеля.

Cons:

Im Zimmer 001 gab es in regelmäßigen Abständen ein kurzer blechener Schlag und anschließend ein surren aus der Wand neben der Tür. Das ging sowohl tagsüber, als auch nachts so, ohne Unterbrechung. Laut lageplan sei dort nur noch das Treppenhaus.

Estancia de 5 noches en familia
Pros:

Está muy bien situado para ir paseando al centro y si no, también hay distintas opciones de transporte público cerca. La chica que nos hizo el check in fue muy amable y además nos asignaron una habitación de 6 habiendo pagado la de 4, por lo que teníamos sitio de sobra. En general hemos estado muy cómodos y pienso que calidad precio se está genial. La habitación tiene lo básico y se está a gusto, pero eché en falta una pequeña nevera, porque al ir con bebé nos hubiera venido muy bien. El servicio de la cafetería también muy rico. Si volvemos a Berlín probablemente repitamos por la calidad - precio.

Cons:

No nos gustaron las almohadas y tal vez la ducha es mejorable, ya que sale poca presión y no sé si ya es también por el tipo de grifo que tiene, porque el lavabo sí tenía mucha presión. También aunque sé que no se puede hacer todo lo que uno quisiera con respecto a esto, estaría bien que el personal controlase un poco más lo que sucede en el pasillo de madrugada, ya que van muchas excursiones de jóvenes y por las noches corren por los pasillos (esto nos afectó 1 noche de 5) y luego además, en la habitación de al lado de madrugada, una chica golpeaba fuertemente la puerta porque se había dejado la tarjeta y su compañero no le abría (la chica iba bebida) y al final tuvimos que salir a pedir que por favor, tras casi 30 min de golpear, parase de hacerlo, que teníamos un bebé y que las cosas no se solucionan así a esas horas.

Konumu, en üst katta banyosu yenilenmiş odamız küçük ama temizdi.

Cons:

Otelde kalan misafirlere fazla ilgi yoktu.

Very cold, noisy, and uncomfortable.

Very close to transport, groceries, and food

Cons:

It was the coldest and most uncomfortable room I’ve ever stayed in. Way too many groups of young people who were very loud. I could hear absolutely everything through the walls. I asked for the heat to be turned on and never got a response. Wait times at the check in desk were always too long so couldn’t ask staff for help. Seemed very understaffed and staff was overwhelmed. Shower was broken. Cleaning staff barged into my room when I was in the bathroom. Bathroom smelled like sewer.
