It was a great experience my parents and I enjoy everything and we are definitely thinking of coming back.

A very comfortable place, very friendly people, a variety of breakfast options, convenient shops nearby, and not too far from Colonial Beach.

the staff were good but not the facility
Pros:

staff were professional and responsive

Cons:

facility needed much upgrading and obvious repairs, also the hall rug had a slight mildew odor that could not be missed, I have stayed primarily at Hampton Inn's and this facility does not represent the good experiences I have had, in addition the end of the bed was torn and hanging out and the bed squeaked, it seemed more comparable to a Motel 6 or Super 8
