Hotel in zona tranquilla buona posizione area ristoranti e shopping pulito con Staff accogliente ottima colazione, servizio lavanderia e biglietti Tour. Gestore dell'hotel disponibilissimo.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et arrangeant bien qu’il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et de français.
En revanche, je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel dans un si piteux état. Les photos de l’hotel Ne sont pas conformes à la réalité: pas d’électricité dans les couloirs, état des murs vétustes et sales, frigo moisi et mouches mortes à l’interieur.
La literie est inconfortable (matelas très dur)
La salle de bains est sale et mal adaptée.
Le linge (serviettes et draps de lits) ne sont pas propres. Ils y avait des taches. Forte odeur d’humidité.
Pour résumer extrement choqué que expédia ne régularise pas régulièrement les photos de ses hôtels partenaires.

the room is clean and usefull for a short stay, the staff is really kind and heplfull ( family hotel ) . It's close to train station and restaurants/bars but the street is not Noisy.

Hotel manquant d'entretien, maison familiale mais pas de relation avec le client . Le ménage laisse à désirer (toile d'araignée, cheveux dans la salle de bain , drap troué ...). Nous avons remarqué qu'a chaque fois que nous sortions, les propriétaires rentraient dans la chambre éteindre la climatisation ou si nous avions la fenêtre ouverte elle était fermé à notre retour.

This hotel has not updated their details. We arrived late at night by train-purely booking this place as it was 100m from the train station. Wrong. The hotel is now 1KM from the train station as the station moved two years ago. The description also states 24 hour check in. Wrong. We were greeted by metal shutters and a annoyed owner. The description also states the staff speak English. Wrong!

We didn't feel welcome here and the rooms were dated, dusty and uncomfortable.

Hôtel dans un mauvais état et pas propre. Lit hyper dur, salle de bain et douche simplement impossible.

Please do not stay @ Cahn Dieu Hotel. So dirty, mouldy, smelly, hardest bed. Poke for 2 nights, we only stayed one.

Nous sommes arrivés et directement le patron a été très gentil et nous a proposé son aide pour les visites du lendemain...
il nous a accompagné et nous a proposé une vraiment belle journee ... son épouse et lui sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande serviabilité vraiment c'était vraiment super!

This hotel was not the best hotel. The staff were nice but the hotel was not that great. I know that it was on the cheaper end of hotels in this area but it was kinda terrible. My room was literally 10 feet from the train tracks and the train runs at night. The bed wasn't comfortable and was really hard. The room was run down but I was ok with that. The staff were nice and went out of their way but I feel that your money could be better spent elsewhere.

Hotel owner was wonderful and friendly. Provided us with a free breakfast even though it wasn't advertised. Owner knew the local are and gave great directions. Hotel was perfect for the price, we just wanted a cheap one nighter so we could get up early for the boat ride. Be aware there are train tracks nearby bUT the trains did not blow their horns after 11 and the trains are only 5-6 cars long so they go past quickly. Good location.

Very good hotel. Clean,well run with great staff/owners.
Very kindly let us stay late checkout to catch the late train.
Also free upgrade, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Le couple de gérants est complètement perdu. Ils sont sympas mais ne connaissent aucun mot d'anglais ou de français.
Ils savent rien faire dans leurs hotel...
Ni réserver des transports ou activités, ni s'occuper du petit déjeuné, ni faire fonctionner la machine à carte bancaire, etc
Cette hotel etait une vrai blague !

Il y a parfois un réceptionniste qui parle anglais et qui sait gérer les réservations de transports et heuresement qu'il est la !

Hôtel crasseux !! Les chambres sont sales. Nous avions une salle de bains minuscule, moins de 3 m2 ! La douche était entre le WC et le lavabo mais tellement serrée que tout était trempé a chaque fois !!! Hôtel nul.

nice staff, neglected rooms and hotel.

The first room we checked in to was very damp and had mouse droppings on the bed. We asked to move rooms and although the second room was not damp the bedside cabinet was full of mouse droppings and cockroaches. We ended up changing to a new hotel altogether as we were not happy to stay here. I would highly recommend The Vancouver Hotel instead, definitely worth the extra money!!
