Poolen var ganska liten men hade den för oss själva hela tiden, handdukar låg klara varje dag på solsängarna, flipflops och badrockar på rummet, underbar personal som var hjälpsamma med bokningar och kunde svara på det mesta vi undrade över, närhet till pub street, old market, night market, ac funkar bra, nästan inge mygg

Cons:

Högt ljud från pub street på kväll/natt men vad kan man förvänta sig då man bor just bredvid? Är man väldigt ljudkänslig då man ska sova får man evt ha öronproppar.

emplacement proche de pub street et du night market.
grande terrasse.

Cons:

pas d'ascenseur, escalier étroit, restauration minimalist, ne vendent même pas de ice coffee...

les employés ne connaissent même pas la carte alors qu'il y a 6 proposition dessus.

emplacement juste derrière le X bar donc pas forcément très bien insonorisé...

moustique écrasé sur les murs... poussière sur les barreaux de la salle de bain...

Extremely good location. Just a minute away from Pub Street and good restaurants. 5 mins away from the Night market. Staff was very good.

Cons:

A lift definitely. Terrace room was good but A/C s not working properly. I had to shift to another room. Foul smell came out of the bathroom drain often. No buffet breakfast. Just a kind of set meal. Pool water was dirty.

Cons:

As we checked in they informed us that the Air Conditioning in our room was broken, so they arranged for us to stay at a different hotel, which was much further from the city centre, and a downgrade in terms of the cost. This was just for one night, and although they paid for taxis between the hotels it was inconvenient having to sort these out from the central area and explain each time to different hotel staff that we won’t be the ones paying.
Once the air conditioning was fixed we were able to check in to the hotel we wanted to stay in, and things were fine after that.
It would have been nice to have been able to stay in the same central location that we wanted the whole time.

Pros:

Tout est parfait. Une très bonne adresse. Il est bien placé dans le centre. Idéal pour les restaurants le soir. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On a pu louer sur place un scooter , pour les visites des temples et les villages flottants.
La chambre est spacieuse et très propre.

Nic mě nelíbilo, vše je super, ale lokalita jé úplně v centru, do půlnoci se slyšet hlasitá hudba, byla to moje chyba. Velmi doporučuji připravit pro hosty špunty do uší - určitě budou vděční. :) Jsem měl tak to mi zachránilo.

Two staff Chanreay n chamraan were helpful. Chanrey escorted me to an ATM to assist which was extraordinary
