Pros:

Tout est parfait. Une très bonne adresse. Il est bien placé dans le centre. Idéal pour les restaurants le soir. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On a pu louer sur place un scooter , pour les visites des temples et les villages flottants.
La chambre est spacieuse et très propre.

Cons:

Nic mě nelíbilo, vše je super, ale lokalita jé úplně v centru, do půlnoci se slyšet hlasitá hudba, byla to moje chyba. Velmi doporučuji připravit pro hosty špunty do uší - určitě budou vděční. :) Jsem měl tak to mi zachránilo.

Two staff Chanreay n chamraan were helpful. Chanrey escorted me to an ATM to assist which was extraordinary

Dalla stanza si sentiva continuamente come una pompa idraulica, un motore, che partiva. Di giorno non ci fai molto caso, la notte era onestamente fastidioso

Pros:

Nice quiet hotel, very near the night food markets. It was very clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom with plenty of hot water. It had all the amenities that make a hotel room nice, tea and coffee, safe, toiletries, slippers, phone ect. overall a lovely stay for a good price.

Pros:

Great location. Near all the amenities and the Pub street but slightly away on the side street which helps with the street noise. A nice massage spa right across the road and a good restaurant next door - all very handy. The hotel staff are helpful, breakfasts are great for $5 pp. The room was clean, the Aircon smelled fresh.
The value for money was EXCELLENT.

Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Przestronny i czysty pokój. Lokalizacja w centrum, wokół sklepy i restauracje. Smaczne śniadania. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry hotel. Na pewno będąc w siem reap zatrzymamy się tam powtórnie.

Cons:

Hałas z uwagi na sąsiedztwo pub Street - wieczorne imprezy. WiFi czasem działało a czasem nie.

A little bit unhappy on 1st night as I have been moved to another property due to the place I booked was full but was available on Online booking, not sure how they control, what CM they use or maybe intention to get a booking. Most importantly, the 1st night at Mera Residence I didn't feel upgrade but downgrade. It is not around city center, The room seem not assigned for guests since long, the minibar door seem crack, once I stepped into the room one used towel was in the basket in the room already. I didn't expect premium service but at least what I paid for. it's not staff fault they just follow the management instructions
