Great place to stay at, great value for money.
Pros:

The property has a great garden and lovely view. Heated pool is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and dinner great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Reception staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Carperts on the stairway should be changed but doesnt take away the beauty of the place.

World class stay and customer experience.
Pros:

Absolutely exceptional experience. I travel often and all over the world, and this was nothing short of remarkable. The staff were exceptional, the customer experience was world-class, the room was spacious, and the restaurant food was impeccable.

Pros:

I extended my stay for one more night. I absolutey loved the service and friendliness of the staff - they are quite attentive. I will say it again, the breakfast was incredible. I ordered the salty road breakfast and it did not disappoint.

Cons:

Not much to dislike, except for the lengthy wait when requesting food be brought to your room. If i had known it would take long i would have dined by the restuarant. Maybe that was just my luck that day, but wonderful service regardless.

Sensational, amazing, comfortable, clean and secure
Pros:

It was a classy, clean, welcoming, upmarket property. I was delighted. I felt safe, secure and valued as a guest. I moved there as I had a bad experience at another property, and this was the best ever. I did not have time to enjoy the amazing breakfast or the heated pool and stunning garden, but we plan to come back for a leisure stay instead of work. It is so central yet in such a wonderful quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong with my stat, it could not have been bettered.

Pros:

A quiet converted house set in a beautiful garden - lots of greenery, a swimming pool and a great restaurant

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of an upgrade, but are nonetheless very comfortable - restaurant is very good, but anything else needs an Uber

We were back in Houghton after 25 years and this place had all the charm we remembered.
Pros:

Loved the location, the charm and peacefulness of the property, the lovely temperature of the swimming pool, the layout and ample closet space in the bedroom, the couch/seating area in the bedroom.

Cons:

The staff were very nice, but they all seemed to be quite new - as though they didn't quite know their job.
Our room was lovely, but there wasn't a fridge until we asked for one - just a blank space under the closet. Again, it seemed like things weren't quite fully in place.
The breakfast situation was confusing. One morning there was a conference going on - apparently they had. breakfast buffet, which we didn't know wasn't for other guests. That could have been more clear.

Sem sombra de dúvidas, um dos melhores hotéis em que já tive o prazer de me hospedar. Uma verdadeira experiência boutique. Ótima infraestrutura, muito bem cuidado, acomodações confortáveis e uma equipe extremamente atenciosa, que se esforça ao máximo para proporcionar uma estadia agradável. Ideal tanto para viagens de lazer quanto a trabalho.

Suíte: sofisticada, espaçosa e bem equipada. Conta com cama confortável, escrivaninha, chaleira elétrica para chá e café, ar-condicionado silencioso, armário, cofre, adaptadores de tomada, frigobar e água cortesia. O banheiro é outro destaque, com chuveiro de excelente pressão e uma espaçosa banheira separada.

Infraestrutura: o jardim em frente aos quartos e ao restaurante traz um toque especial de charme e elegância ao hotel. Há também piscina climatizada e academia.

Café da manhã: outro grande ponto forte. O serviço é à la carte, com os pratos sendo preparados na hora e servidos à mesa. Tudo de alta qualidade: frutas, iogurtes, pães, panquecas, ovos (omelete, mexidos ou benedict), além de opções como torradas com salmão e avocado e a tradicional boerewors. Para beber, sucos, chás, chocolate quente, café e leite.

Ambiente: localizado em um bairro calmo, silencioso e arborizado, transmite uma atmosfera tranquila, ideal para relaxar, sem abrir mão da proximidade com os principais pontos turísticos e comerciais de Johanesburgo.

Gute Adresse an noch besserer Lage
Pros:

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen… mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Grosse hübsche Zimmer und sehr gutes Restaurant. Geheizter Pool.

Cons:

Die Speisen waren vorzüglich aber man wartet sehr lange aufs Essen.
