Pros:

Excellent warmth from staff and tranquility of the place. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

My only complaint was not allowing me to check in early on my way from the airport and before my first meeting, making juggling meetings and rushing back to check in later stressful. I understand the room was still occupied but it would have been helpful to allow a checkin, place to store luggage, even if I could not yet go into the room. Would have saved me a later trip back and forth

Very pleasant and professional experience. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

I liked the lovely gardens and the calm energy of the entire surroundings. Did not have to leave the property for meals, so the entire stay remained pleasant and calming.

Cons:

Perhaps the bathroom needed upgrading, had a view of a building site right outside the window.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful but old.
The staff were friendly.
The outside area is really pretty. The rooms are very spacious.

Cons:

I had requested via email for our rooms to be next to each other. They could not accommodate us. They said they did not get the email.

Our rooms were not cleaned by 2pm! There was only one lady servicing all the rooms!

The towels are very thin and old. No bath sheets.

Biggest disappointment was that I had booked the hotel for the breakfast which was advertised as halal. It is not halal.

Pros:

Beautiful boutique property..its in a lovely location, with gardens. Very relaxing. Great food, great staff and front desk. Good sized room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room , general spaces need an upgrade. Wall paper in our room was coming off and table was cracked...this is not suitable for such a lovely property.
