Pros:

The room was very comfortable, perfect location walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The bar at the hotel was very cute. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very welcoming and bright!
Pros:

The rooms were bright and interesting. The lobby was eclectic and welcoming and so were the staff. Including a very professional, happy and welcoming chambermaids Joseph and Thelma!

Beautiful, comfy and in the heart of history
Pros:

This is the most beautifully appointed hotel in Philadelphia. I love that the furniture in the room is high quality and looks like furniture you would put in a bedroom. The art and decor is designer influenced. The beds are comfortable and so is the seating in the lobby. Even the lobby coffee is good. You are in the heart of history and can get to the best restaurants and attractions easily. Ive stayed at Sofitel, the Warrick and several other lesser hotels. This is by far my favorite. The reason I don't stay here all the time is because of the price. I happened to get a good deal but that is rare.

Cons:

The staff could be more professional and friendly but I think that's a problem everywhere today.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco! We live in Philly and stayed here for a Valentine’s Day staycation. The hotel is beautifully decorated with tons of unique artwork. The staff is very friendly and the daily wine hour is a great way to relax in the lobby after exploring the city.

The hotel is also in one of the best locations in Philly, whether you’re visiting for the first time or the 100th! There’s tons of history around it, as it’s right across from Independence Hall. There are also so many great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!
