DO NOT STAY at this property.
Pros:

They allowed dogs to stay.

Cons:

Poor customer service by the front desk staff. They were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. This was especially the case once the evening shift came on.
I had an unresolved billing issue which took two weeks to finally be addressed and resolved. When I tried call to speak with the manager on duty or the GM of the property I was told they were not available for my concerns. It took several emails, complaints to IHG and multiple calls to try to get answers to my concerns. It took two weeks after check out to have my room hold released. I had dispute it twice with my own bank who kept deferring me back to the merchant (Kimpton Monaco) to authorize to release the hold. That never happened. I filed two formal complaints to escalate the issue and once again no response from the management team at the property. As an IHG rewards member, I was beyond frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and disregarded to my compliant. Is that how a hotel treats their guests. Kimpton hotels have lost my business for all future accommodations. This simple complaint turned into a major headache for me. The GM did not make any adjustments to my billing issue and downright ignored my concerns for the billing issue and the experience with the front desk staff.
