Boa experiência no coração do centro histórico
Pros:

O hotel fica no coração do centro histórico e é realmente muito bem localizado. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o que facilitou bastante a estadia.
O atendimento também foi muito positivo. Fiquei apenas uma noite e não consegui fazer early check-in, mas a atendente pegou meu e-mail e me avisou assim que o quarto ficou disponível. Enquanto isso, ficaram com as minhas malas, o que ajudou bastante.

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, achei que o hotel poderia oferecer garrafas de água de cortesia. Há um bebedouro disponível para os hóspedes encherem suas próprias garrafas, o que é uma boa alternativa, mas o filtro estava com a luz vermelha indicando que precisava ser trocado.

Pros:

Great location. Nice onsite restaurant. Fun decor. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Valet takes a long while — they warn you but seems lengthy. More than 25 minutes. Shower drains gurgle loudly afterward. Might be just our room.

They put our room right over a club that stays open til 2AM. It's ridiculous. I understand people want to have a good time but why would you put a family with a teenager over the top of a club. Staff is unfriendly. Not very amiable people.

Absolutely lovely.
Pros:

The staff was kind, gracious, professional, and made is feel very welcome. They were a pleasure to work with and I am encouraged to stay there again. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me and had it not been satisfactory, it would have affected our stay and desire to visit again. Thankfully, it exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to stay at this location and made our trip extra special.

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary it was awesome.
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed at Monaco several times and have always been pleased with the facilities but especially the staff.

Cons:

Location, the wonderful restaurant located on the premises and always the staff, who are awesome.
