Leo Express Hotel

Hotel is really rundown. Very noisy as it’s next to highway. Sheets were stained

NO HAVE NEXT TIME

No wifi on the first night. Location is close to highway and it is very noisy because of the traffic. TV wasn't working.

I stayed a week at Leo express and i was very happy there.
The room was big, the bathroom even bigger, both had big windows !
The aircon worked very well, fridge as well and you can save nature by using the water refill outside your room.
Bed was big and comfortable and houskeeping did a wonderful job changing towels and linens and keeping the room clean.
Also wifi was strong and working.
Walking distance to Pudu station or even Bukit Bintang if you enjoying walking like me.
Many restaurants the neighborhood.
The best thing about this hotel is absolutely the reception staff who was very professional and helpful, assisting me with all kinds of things.
Special thanks to the wonderful Max at the reception, who did all his best everyday to make my stay memorable.
Thank you all staff at Leo Express for a good holiday !

a lot of mosquitos

Careful when you're trying to make booking here, the customer service is terrible and you can't change the date through the hotel. If not ammended or refundable, you're done. It's gone. You can't negotiate with the receptionist and they won't allow you to change the date. Will raise their voice when you voice out for your rights. Thanks to the rude receptionist lady. Funny part Manager is always unavailable, he can't do anything the lady said. Then why is there a management?

The receptionist was excellent. Very fast in handling my check-in. The room is spacious. Car Park, however, a bit scary at the back of the hotel. I think it is OK during holiday, not on weekdays. Just a walking distance from hotel is a line of shop lots for you to purchase food and drinks. Maybe, just order online for your food. much easier.

Furniture is old. Wi-Fi connection poor. No shampoo provided.
Breakfast only 7 type variety daily.

Nice and Clean Room, Near Highway in city, Rate is not high for room rent, chinatown is close of this hotel, due to highway connectivity you get texi,cab faster then any other area., they have own store also on ground floor of the hotel

Rooms are very small
Located in Nutorious locality
preparation of breakfast with very bad quality of raw material.
Further not at preferable for couple and families.

Staff is very indecent and impolite.

I went to Leo Express with my Family and there hospitality is good. And it is easy for us to planned everything from there to travel. Good place to stay. But bit noisy because road is near. Staff is very good and our luggage with the management on the day arrived. But protection for luggage is high.

Great budget hotel. Great ambience. Room clean n cozy. Very affordable. 😊👍 Air conditioning n water heater works just fine. The only small things to complaint.. housekeeping forgot to placed back the kettle in our room n plus we've got only one pillow instead of two. But no worries.. we have received the best service in no time.. within minutes.. problem solved.

A decent budget hotel located on main road of Pudu area. very nice reception and lifts and all are also clean. rooms r fine but not very clean. maintenance needed for rooms our intercom and tv was not working properly so we called reception and their person came and solved all issues.

staff is not cooperative and rude. they dont give any thing extra if u ask. breakfast is very average but ok as per hotel budget

for main markets and attractions u have to take a cab as nothing is nearby. 5 min walk from hotel u will get some cheap food restaurants

The hotel is located near a major roundabout ... noisy and dirty.

My overall experience was OK I guess. Only this was the air conditioning was atrocious & the floor in my room was sticky. They should have provided loafers. Even when I asked for towel they actually CHARGED!
Seriously??? But in any other ways it was fine. Would still recommend to anyone.

Very Clean Hotel and Service was excellent. Love their Breakfast.

Bit noisy when you open your window because of motorway and WiFi bit slow and sometimes difficult get signal.

Definitely recommend this hotel
