Besides one Main Manger and location its was awful

they downgraded me from a bigger room because there other one was not ready and no compassion was given

Perfect location for our needs
Pros:

Great location, super comfy beds and fairly decent working room temperature controls. The elevators were plentiful, quick and quiet. The lobby (3rd floor) is really warm and inviting and quite spacious.

Cons:

I wish the gal at check in explained the elevator system to access our room on the higher floors. Felt pretty stupid not going up. The breakfast selection was very inconsistent- one morning there wasn't any regular coffee, barely any bread left for toast, and no forks! The next day the area was well stocked.

I wasn’t happy with my stay at this hotel for the second time. Some of staff was not professional at the reception. I was woken up by a call from the front desk at 3:00 a.m., and the receptionist didn’t even apologize. She acted as if calling a guest at 3 a.m. was normal. After that call, I couldn’t fall asleep again. Paying such an expensive price and being disturbed at 3 a.m. is completely unacceptable
