Pros:

Close to what we needed, big room for a family

Cons:

We got a room with non functional toilets, it took a day to fix it which was very uncomfortable.
Also the parking per day is expensive and there is no parking in the area

Pros:

I asked for no smoking room.
When I was sleeping during the night the smell of smoke from another room came to my room it was terrible. I had to cover my head to get asleep.
And in the morning when I walked the hallway the smell of marijuana also was unbearable I had to walk very fast to avoid that unpleasant smell on my nose.
Those two nights was a nightmare for me.
I suggest the hotel have a complete no smoking section aisle

Cons:

No smoking section should be mandatory! I paid to the hotel for me to rest and relax, but I got a nightmare and a headache, stress, and deception. That was the worst experience I ever got in a hotel.8
I hope no one gets that disturbing smoke smell.

I liked the location and the way it looked and was sat up

Cons:

I didn’t like the staffing and the fact I was there for two nights and didn’t receive anything I’d call down for and the fact I cleaned the whole place and left it how it was and didn’t even receive my deposit back should have taken pictures.

Muy mal el cuarto tenia olor muy malo y fuerte el sofa casa no lo pude usar porque era el que más apestava mi esposo y tuvimos que dormir en el piso porque mis Hijo’s durmiendo en la casa y pedi más sabanas y solo una sabana grande me dinero

Pros:

The evening front desk lady was very rude and acted like she would rather be anywhere else, she wouldn’t explain any of the amenities of the hotel and would roll her eyes and sign when you asked. My neighbor also started to play gospel music on the tv, full volume, at 6 in the morning. Safe to say me any my family will never be here again.

Very clean hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is located on the third floor. The building is very beautiful, and the staff were very kind to us.
The cleanliness of the room really impressed me! Everything was very clean, including the corners of the room and bathroom — places that hotels don’t usually clean properly.
The breakfast was great as well! Excellent location, and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

Cons:

It was difficult to understand the parking situation. We had to wait for the valet, and it was confusing to figure out how to check in since the lobby is on the third floor.
You also have to pay $45 for parking.

Besides one Main Manger and location its was awful
Pros:

Room was not clean fully
they downgraded me from a bigger room because there other one was not ready and no compassion was given
ordered more pillows but never came
ordered more towel took them over 2 hours to bring up to the room
