Not Worth It
Pros:

There's a lot of bar and restaurant options within walking distance. The dayshift staff tried to help find the packages they lost.

Cons:

Parking is $45/night, valet only. The first valet was rude as hell. The rest of the time we waited 15-30 minutes to get our car. They lost the packages I had delivered there. The elevators didn't always work so we'd either be stuck not moving or riding up 5 floors just to ride back down. The pool is so heavily chlorinated that it burned our eyes. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they didn't. We asked for towels and toilet paper (I've never run out of toilet paper at a hotel before) and were told they had to bring it to the room. They didn't and then threw attitude when I went down to the desk the next morning to get them. The room was dirty, paint coming off the ceiling, dirty floors, dirty dishes, non-working lights.

Eviten quedarse en este hotel, a pesar que está en una muy buena zona. Muy sucio.

Nada. Me pareció un hotel muy malo.

Cons:

Practicamente todo. La limpieza pesima, el hecho que te hagan el cuarto cada dos días me parece muy mal. Los trabajadores de housekeeping bien malcriados. No puedo hablar de la comida porque no comi.

Pros:

My wife has Alzheimer's and was sundowning. The parking attendant was very supportive and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights. We did not receive maid service. At close to $500 a night, we find this egregious.

Do not stay here. Charging for a 5 star and you get barely a 1.
Pros:

Do not stay here. The hotel is way over priced. It's old and gross and we will never stay there again.

They typically have a CHOP rate nope instead the charged us $2,300 for 3 nights. At least we could have had water pressure and a clean room. Hope the next family coming in for medical procedures for their kid gets treated better.
