The room was spacious and little kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and we had excellent customer service.
Close to what we needed, big room for a family
We got a room with non functional toilets, it took a day to fix it which was very uncomfortable.
Also the parking per day is expensive and there is no parking in the area
I asked for no smoking room.
When I was sleeping during the night the smell of smoke from another room came to my room it was terrible. I had to cover my head to get asleep.
And in the morning when I walked the hallway the smell of marijuana also was unbearable I had to walk very fast to avoid that unpleasant smell on my nose.
Those two nights was a nightmare for me.
I suggest the hotel have a complete no smoking section aisle
No smoking section should be mandatory! I paid to the hotel for me to rest and relax, but I got a nightmare and a headache, stress, and deception. That was the worst experience I ever got in a hotel.8
I hope no one gets that disturbing smoke smell.
breakfast was pretty sparse at 8 and when asked if things would get refilled or they are just out....Staff was not friendly at all
I am writing this review to warn future travelers that this property is currently functioning heavily as a city housing overflow site, which completely disrupts the environment of what is supposed to be a standard Hilton hotel. Upon checking in, the atmosphere felt less like a commercial hotel and more like a transitional housing facility or shelter, a reality that was explicitly confirmed to me by two different staff members and two other guests who noted that a significant portion of the property is booked via emergency vouchers. While these community programs are important, it is entirely inappropriate and a massive failure of transparency to charge standard Hilton rates to paying travelers without disclosing that the hotel is operating as an active community shelter overflow. Compounding this uncomfortable dynamic are severe facility and maintenance failures right inside the room; the main phone line is completely broken, the speakerphone does not function at all, and a critical callback from the front desk was so garbled that they completely misunderstood my situation and thought I was calling about a reservation. Hilton corporate management needs to address the lack of disclosure, the broken room amenities, and the total clash of expectations at this property, and I expect a direct response regarding a refund for this stay.

I liked the location and the way it looked and was sat up
I didn’t like the staffing and the fact I was there for two nights and didn’t receive anything I’d call down for and the fact I cleaned the whole place and left it how it was and didn’t even receive my deposit back should have taken pictures.
The breakfast was really good however the hot tub was better I will stay there again really soon

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different hotel locations within the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular city. Having stayed at every Hilton family property in Center City, I thought for a change I would give this a try.
As I always do, I checked in and chose my room on the Hilton app the day before arrival. Since I didn't receive my Digital Key before I arrived, I would have to stop at the desk first anyhow. When I got there, the level I entered was not the front desk level so I had to go up to another floor first. After some confusion as to which elevator to use, I finally got to my room.
My suite was certainly spacious enough for me, enough room to put down my belongings. TV, WiFi, and HVAC worked fine. Bathroom had adequate room for my toiletries.
I had a rough night of sleep, more due to my own insomnia than the conditions. Still, it was a pretty good stay. In the morning I departed the site an was on my way.
I would recommend staying here if you want relative quiet in an otherwise thriving section of Philadelphia.
Would never stay here again. AC never worked and wasn’t fixed despite asking every day. Pick any other hotel… awful front desk.
Hotel experience was overall terrible. Only good part was the valet holding our luggage. The front desk doesn’t check the online kiosk to get our check in completed, they don’t answer the phone when you call, and for a 3pm check in our room wasn’t ready until around 4:30.
Additionally, once in the room, 75% of the charging outlets don’t work and the pillows were terrible (and were unable to accommodate hypoallergenic). Plus the breakfast was completely inedible.
Finally, as we went out for the day, we put the “do not disturb” sign on our door, but came back to our room with the bed turned over. A clear invasion of requested privacy.
Location.
Room was dated with lots of damage to walls and furniture. Temperature control did not really work. Breakfast was not very good; breakfast staff was unfriendly.
The evening front desk lady was very rude and acted like she would rather be anywhere else, she wouldn’t explain any of the amenities of the hotel and would roll her eyes and sign when you asked. My neighbor also started to play gospel music on the tv, full volume, at 6 in the morning. Safe to say me any my family will never be here again.
