The view and the breakfast were amazing. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

Room felt slightly outdated compared to the rest of the facility. However, we had a “lower end” room and didn’t spend too much time there anyways. The shower was slow to drain. But the view and staff made up for it all!!!!

Lo elijo solo por la vista.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del embarcadero para ir por tu cuenta a los otros pueblos, cerca de la calle Santander y con una vista espectacular al lago. Te guardan la maleta en caso que necesites. El desayuno tipo buffet bien bueno.

Cons:

Se escuchaba cuando usaban el baño y el ruido de la habitación del lado. Creo que por el precio deberían mínimo no escuchar a la habitación de al lado y preocuparse más del huésped, ejemplo me quede sin agua caliente y demoraron 30 minutos desde que avisé hasta que lo solucionaron y la persona que va a verificar no fue tan amable, algunas personas que trabajan ahí no eran tan amables como la mayoría hasta ahora en Guate.

Vistas increíbles
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, sencillas, la ubicación muy buena cerca de mas lanchas que te llevan a los pueblos, la vista espectacular, el desayuno buffet esta muy rico todo lo que probamos nos encanto, como unica recomendación llevar tapones de oídos por que si se escucha ruido de fuera, sobre todo si hay evento de alguna boda.

Solo seria bueno que tuviera mas iluminación en la habitación

Acogedor refugio con vistas al lago insuperables y una atención muy cercana
Pros:

Las vistas sin duda alguna suman un plus a las instalaciones del hotel , los jardines muy bien cuidados , las diferentes áreas con las que cuentas el hotel son geniales, hay una terraza y desde ahí puedes apreciar el atardecer, la ubicación esta fenomenal, cerca del muele para tomar botes y muy cerca de la av. principal y mas turística del lugar . el tener parqueadero es plus que le suma

Lamentablemente el colchón y las almohadas, ambos muy duras, ( el colchón demasiado ortopédico para mi gusto; las almohadas muy gruesas, lo que cual no pude tener un descanso placentero). Es difícil poder complacer las exigencias de todos los huéspedes, pero les sugiero tener algunas habitaciones con colchones mas confortables y almohadas mas suaves y menos gruesas , colchón Calidad Hotelera Memory Foam o colocarles un forro u funda al colchón que procure suavidad acolchado. tener opciones que les ayuda a ofrecer una experiencia hotelera como la que esper el huésped.

une nuit a Panajachel
Pros:

L'emplacement juste à côté de l'embarcadère de Panajachel avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac et les volcans
Le jardin est superbe
Chambre confortable et propre

Cons:

Le restaurant est cher avec une cuisine quelconque et un service qui a des progrès à faire
L'hôtel avait été choisi notamment pour sa piscine mais nous n'avons pu en profiter car non chauffée dommage !
