Très beau logement

Très beau logement, situé non loin de la ville de Santa Elena
Propre, moderne, bien équipé

Pros:

L'emplacement juste à côté de l'embarcadère de Panajachel avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac et les volcans
Le jardin est superbe
Chambre confortable et propre

Cons:

Le restaurant est cher avec une cuisine quelconque et un service qui a des progrès à faire
L'hôtel avait été choisi notamment pour sa piscine mais nous n'avons pu en profiter car non chauffée dommage !

A porta do banheiro é de vidro e se movimenta conforme o vento, mesmo fechando a janela do banheiro. Então, em noites de muito vento, o barro incomoda. Fiquei no quarto 205 e a umidade do box está deixando a parede do quarto com sinais de mofo. É necessário fazer uma reforma nas instalações para evitar que se prolifere.

Faltam informações por parte dos funcionários quanto às áreas de lazer. Só descobrimos o funcionamento da piscina no segundo dia de estadia.

Há uma obrigatoriedade de uso de uma pulseira de identificação dos hóspedes durante toda a estadia, mas não vi sentido nesse uso.

Vista de tirar o fôlego
Pros:

O destaque desse hotel é a sua vista. Ele está de frente ao lago Atitlan. Tem espaços e jardins que dão vista para o lago que são simplesmente deslumbrantes. O café da manhã não está incluída na diária, mas você pode pagar a parte e o bufet tem várias e boas opções.

Cons:

O hotel é antigo, construído na década de 1950. Tem algumas partes mais novas. Precisa passar por uma reforma urgente. Tem um potencial incrível para se tornar um super resort de luxo, com a localização e vista do lago, mas por enquanto seus quartos deixam muito a desejar: móveis velhos, escuros, cortinas sujas… O funcionarios são pouco simpáticos, não informam sobre todos os espaços que existem no hotel, te obrigam a usar uma pulseira, mas não explicam a razão disso. Não te informam que a diária já foi cobrada no seu cartão e nem entregam comprovante desse pagamento.

Pretty disappointing and not worth the price

Only good thing was the pool

Cons:

I booked a room with a king bed, they charged 300Q extra for my spouse. The bathroom were outdated, sink was unleveled, shower pressure was very intense and shower head too high up for shorter people. They had a buffet breakfast but fruits were uncovered and flies seen on the fruits.

Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment bien, car l'hôtel est situé tout près de la rue Satander, mais aussi des lanchas pour aller prendre un bateau pourquoi se rendre dans les petits villages autour du lac. Les chambres sont correctes, propres, le lit est confortable. La vue sur le lac est très belle. Il y a une piscine infinie avec vue.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé que c'était bruyant en soirée. Il y avait des feux d'artifices, on entendait très bien les gens qui parlaient dehors depuis l'intérieur de notre chambre.

Pros:

The location is fab. The cafe and pool area right on the lake is stunning and a great spot to hang out and admire the view. Room was comfortable and generally clean.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking and the staff were not overly helpful in suggesting excursions. Room overlooked the car park and was a bit basic for the price.
