Pros:

The room was totally renovated. The bed and sheets were really comfortable. The room was spacious and always clean. However, the bathroom shower could use some renovation, particularly the bath tub and shower.

Cons:

The hotel is being renovated which meant a lot of noise during some days of my stay. The breakfast was great but had little to no vegan/vegetarian options. There was no plant-based milk available and the coffee cups were too small to mix coffee with milk. The location was okay if you are staying close to work but nothing much to do around the area. Most restaurants in the area don't speak english so if you have dietary requirement, this could be a problem. I also asked the hotel to kindly provide som cutlery and chop sticks which they did but house keeping did not wash these or replaced it with new ones. The same was the water glass cups provided in the room.

Decent value for money in Hanoi
Pros:

+ decent hotel in a strategic location in Hanoi, good value for money
+ kind and helpful staff
+ good variety for the breakfast

Cons:

- pool not in a good state when we visited (last December), the cleanliness of both the pool and the gym facilities needs to be improved

Pros:

The fitness facility doesn't offer many options for full body exercises.

The restaurant focused on traditional meals and ignore that some foreigners can't afford.Propose many internationally common meals and allow them the foregners to have many choices

Brilliant service; I wish it were a better hotel.
Pros:

The people were the best. If I were rating nothing but their service I would give them 100/10. They were absolutely amazing! They were kind and efficient and always happy to see us. We really loved the service we received.

Cons:

1st and most important: They charge for water!!! Don't do this! In a country where the tap water isn't safe to drink, it effectively becomes an extra charge on the room that you haven't told me about upfront. Unfortunately, this isn't the only problem. The hotel is aged and needs some maintenance. There was a hole in the tile in our bathroom, scuffs all over the walls, and a damp smell in the room. Also, the location is really bad. It's not very convenient to anything and if you turn left out of the hotel the city is completely unwalkable. Also, the internet could be faster.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und das Fenster schloss nicht richtig, so dass der Straßenlärm trotz geschlossenem Fenster groß war.

Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

It smelt. Was in a terrible location. The pool area was nothing like what was photographed. Looked like it was in someone’s shed area. We had to walk through unlit corridors to get there.

A good choice for biz trip
Pros:

The room are big, price very reasonable and the breakfast is truly good with plenty of choices.

Cons:

For tourist this hotel is not in the most glamorous area of Hanoi, but if you need to move in/ out of Hanoi for your job is a good location
