Pros:

Außergewöhnlich sympathische Mitarbeiter, wunderschöne Ausstattung, alles sehr ästhetisch, unglaublich schöner Wellnessbereich , traumhafter Ausblick auf die Weser, die kleine Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung an Grschirr. Alles sehr hochwertig und stilvoll.
Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Great as usual
Pros:

We stayed here several times before. It's a in a perfect location and the room and facilities are great.

Cons:

This time unfortunately the pool was out of order and there was no coffee available in the room. We also felt the room was not quite as clean as in the past. Maybe they have temporary staff issues. It would not stop us from staying there again.

La habitación es bonita, con una estética cuidada y unas vistas agradables. La ubicación también es conveniente y el espacio resulta visualmente atractivo

Cons:

La cocina estaba muy mal equipada: solo había una olla pequeña, no había vasos y la sartén que me dieron en recepción estaba en mal estado. La placa de inducción no funciona con cafeteras moka pequeñas y como alternativa te ofrecen bajar al restaurante por café, mientras que la máquina de café de la habitación requiere comprar las cápsulas aparte. Además, el wifi no funcionaba bien lo cual fué muy decepcionante y el ruido nocturno de la ventilación resultó muy molesto.

Pros:

I liked the design — everything was done in dark tones, which made the room feel very cozy. During the winter season the room was warm and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with a large pillow. I also appreciated having a kitchen available, even though I didn’t end up using it. The spa area was pleasantly warm and felt very comfortable.

Cons:

I chose this hotel specifically because of the spa and swimming pool. Unfortunately, after arriving I found out that the pool was not working — according to the notice at the entrance, it had already been closed for three days due to technical issues. There was no information about this on Booking or any notification after the reservation. It was disappointing to learn this only upon arrival, since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

I had a coffee machine, however, there were no coffee capsules available — neither in the room nor at reception — and the kitchen was already closed at that time.

During the night, a constant dripping sound — about once per second — made it difficult to sleep. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from; it sounded like it was somewhere behind the wall.

Breakfast was generally okay, but it could have been better — the omelet looked like it had been waiting for guests for quite a while.

Overall, the stay left mixed impressions: there are positives, but also areas that could definitely be improved.
