Zimmer, zu viele Spinnenweben an der Decke.
Matratze zu weich und zwei Einzelmatratzen im Doppelbett. Beim Checkout an einem Sonntag, angeblich nur Kartenzahlung möglich und eine Mitarbeiterin mit einer sehr aufgesetzten freundlichkeit und unangemessenen Äußerungen.

Toller Start ins neue Jahr!
Pros:

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang fühlten wir uns sehr wohl während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war super! Vielen Dank für diese erholsamen Tage und für die Zukunft alles Gute!

Cons:

Das Abendmenue war vorzüglich, für den Preis hätte ein kleines Dessert vielleicht inklusive sein können.

Pros:

Der Empfang war herzlich.
Die Lage ist einzigartig, ruhig und für Spaziergänge sehr gut geeignet.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

In dieser Unterkunft gibt es keinen Lift, so mussten die Koffer in den 2.Stock geschleppt werden.
Auch zum Pool gab es viele Treppen.

Sehr gutes Zimmer, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es gab ein Rohrbruch,so das wir nicht den Wellnessbereich für einen Tag nicht nutzen konnten und wir mussten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Man hat es aber nicht geschafft uns dafür entgegenzukommen so das wir den vollen Preis bezahlen musste! Wir hätten uns auch über eine kleine Geste des guten willen gefreut,doch leider kam nur als Antwort "Wir können ja nichts dafür" dafür haben wir ja Verständnis, aber wir können auch nichts dafür!

Dankeschön an das Personal für diesen schönen Urlaub
Pros:

Das Personal war stets höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Für jede Kleinigkeit hatte man immer ein offenes Ohr.
Frühstücksraum und Frühstücksbuffet ließen überhaupt keine Wünsche offen.
Entspannung abends in der Sauna war ein Hochgenuss.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 😄

Cons:

Naja, ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr angenehm gewesen.
