Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans 1 quartier résidentiel. Parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Accès facile au centre ville par la ligne 13, rue José Elosegi en contrebas de l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, moderne, très propre.
Consignes d'accès très claires.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu léger. Un peu déroutant de ne voir personne a l'accueil. Par contre la personne au petit déjeuner très sympathique

Un finde un poco desilusionante

Lo único. Uno que puedo decir es que la habitación estaba calentita

Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas. Las persianas no bajaban. Así que tuvimos que correr las cortinas pero aún así entraba mucha luz. En la ducha una de las puertas está desencaja y no cierra. Y luego un detalle , nos ponen para hacernos café y dejan unos sobres de leche. Pues uno estaba abierto.

The bed was the biggest and the most comfy bed ever..the location was as I had hoped, easy to get to the centre of san Sebastian..breakfast was good for me but not enough for my husband..parking was good

Es un hotel con encanto,parking gratuito en el mismo recinto. Lo que más me gustó el desayuno que ofrecen a la carta con varias opciones muy saludables (tienes la posibilidad de tomarlo en la habitación).

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, lo que no me gustó fueron las almohadas.

La tipología del alojamiento. Facilidad en el check-in y la comodidad del espacio. Fue un viaje de trabajo y cumplió perfectamente todas las expectativas. Destacar la limpieza y el desayuno de cortesía. Buen parking para clientes. Servicio como en un hotel.

Cons:

Se me asignó una habitación adaptada de minusválidos. Lógicamente, el baño no estaba adaptado para mí. La mampara de la ducha es tan corta en altura que moja todo el suelo. Con tanta humedad se ven bichos por el suelo. La calidad de las almohadas. Es una pena que una cama cómoda no se complemente con unas buenas almohadas. En planta baja/semisótano deberían permitir utilizar el clima dado que se notaba frío.
