Pros:

Me gusta mucho la atención a e opción de la chica del día que llegamos por estar en el celular no me contestaba bien estaba molesta
Al día siguiente estaba otra muy amable y el personal de limpieza muy amable todos la verdad el desyuno ligero pero rico 😋 y cada que vamos nos hospedamos en el hotel Estefanía

The check-in was easy, the room was very clean, and there was always hot water. I liked that they provided drinking water, and the staff were friendly. The location was great close to the historic center and easy to walk around.

Cons:

There was some noise late at night, like someone dropping something heavy a few times, probably staff. It wasn’t constant, but it did wake me up. The breakfast was also very basic, just toast, coffee, and cereal.

Ampliamente recomendado
Pros:

El personal de recepción fue amable en todo momento, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable, ya que te hacen sentir bienvenido. El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Esta bien, por el mismo precio he conseguido opciones de habitación mas bonitas y espaciosas, no tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación, el resto estuvo muy bien, me gusto la atención y los detalles para la comodidad del cliente.

La puerta del baño no cierra, el pasador de la manija no alcanza o coincide con la guarda fija para asegurar la puerta. Por lo que la puerta se mantiene abierta.

mucho ruido en los pasillos tanto de los huespedes en los pasillos, como del mismo personal que trabaja en el hotel, no hablan, repentinamente alzan la voz tanto en las noches como en la madrugada.
