A quiet room and a veranda with a beautiful view.
Pros:

It's worth staying here just for the fabulous veranda on the third floor overlooking the lake! So tranquil and beautiful.

Chambre assez humide. Personnel de nuit pas bien renseigné sur les excursions, ils n’ont pas su nous expliquer les modalités.

Emplacement parfait.
La vue sur le lac depuis la chambre ainsi que la terrasse commune sont lesnpoints forts de cet hotel !

Cons:

Un peu de bruit car chambre au rdc avec passage. Certains clients oublient qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans l'hôtel...
Le prix (comme pour beaucoup d'hôtels à Flores) est un peu élevé comparé aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Guatemala.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. Tous très souriant. Nous avons eu plein d’informations concernant Tikal, Yaxha et nous avons pu réservé les bus pour y aller. Ainsi que le bus pour aller au Belize.
La vue sur le lac Peten est très reposante

Le fait que nous ne puissions prendre qu’un café et du pain à l’hôtel pour le petit déjeuner mais d’autres hôtels à proximité en servent

Good 3 star accommodations. Very clean! good to great value for the cost. Would book again.
Pros:

Check-in and working with the staff were simple and efficient. View from the 3rd story covered veranda was spectacular.

Cons:

There was a scheduled power outage planned for the entire area on our only full day at the property. Many area resturnats and shops were impacted by this outage. The power company had informed customers of the outage, but that information was not passed on to us until 15 minutes before the power was turned off. If we had known ahead of time about the outage, we would have made different decisions, particularly on where we would be dining.

Great hotel and great staff
Pros:

The lake view.
The staff was very helpful and smiling.
The man at the front desk booked a taxi for us to go to Tikal because there was no bus in the afternoon.
He helped us as well with the bus for Yaxha and for Belize

Cons:

I wish I could have taken the full breakfast there and not just coffee and bread but it’s ok because there are other hotel nearby that serve breakfast

Pros:

Chambre confortable presque au niveau du lac. L'hôtel est super bien situé et facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport. De plus, le transfert est gratuit.

Cons:

Il n'est malheureusement pas possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, mais il y a plein de bons restaurants offrant ce service dans les alentours.

Vue magnifique des chambres avec balcon
Pros:

Une belle chambre spacieuse avec une très belle vue grâce à de grands balcons côté lac. Un accueil adorable et qui trouve des solutions pour tout. L’établissement est calme et du café et du thé sont à disposition.

Cons:

Passage éclair d’une nuit avec un départ tôt le matin donc difficile à dire

Pros:

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with views of the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location as it was quieter than other sections of the island. Easy, free airport transport. We appreciated the ability to leave our luggage for a few days while we trekked to El Mirador.
