Pros:

There was no breakfast just coffee and biscuits.

Cons:

I found it a bit expensive gor the service provided. But nothing to complain everything was working and clean at the room and the front view to the lake was great.

Pros:

A clean and friendly property with great location on the water’s edge but also well located for wandering around Flores from. The sun terrace is lovely for watching the world pass by. A nice big bedroom.

Pros:

Die Lage am See und das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See waren top. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten den Pool eines Partnerhotels mit nutzen und es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen.

Un très bon accueil et une grande gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel. Mention spéciale pour Maria avec une chambre impeccable et ses animaux réalisés avec les serviettes de bain.

Une chambre calme et confortable située au 2ème étage avec balcon et vue sur le lac.

Une belle terrasse pour observer le coucher de soleil tout en buvant un verre.

Bel endroit bien situé dans un village charmant
Pros:

Logement très propre et accueillant. Idéalement situé dans FLores. Le village est très petit donc tout se fait à pied sans problème, y compris pour le lieu de départ pour la visite de Tikal. On recommande

Pros:

Hotel spacieux, bien équipé et bien placé pour des voyageurs qui aiment marcher - restaurant à proxmité et piscine gratuite a 5 min.
Le personnel était très gentil.

Cons:

Une peu d'humidité dans les chambres.
Il faut prévoir que les taxis ne vont pas jusqu'a l'hotel, il faudra marcher 5 min pour y acceder.

Picture perfect stay
Pros:

If I coulf rate this very special place 12/10 I would do it. The location, room, staff, food... all perfect. The owner is very communicative and helps out with arranging daytrips and transport to and from the hotel.

We made some very good memories here :-)

Great stay in Casazul
Pros:

Great location, nice hotel with big rooms. Our room was spacious, super comfortable, had A/C (very important in Flores), and a beautiful lake view. Really enjoyed our stay-definitely recommend!

Excelente para descansar
Pros:

Todas las instalaciones son agradables, tienen una terraza con una vista espectacular. El personal en recepción es muy amable y te reciben con un vaso de té frío y toallitas frías para refrescarte. En la recepción siempre hay café gratis y otro tipo de bebidas con costo.
