Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein, da wir dieses Hotel aber immer nur als "Sprungbrett" auf der Weiterreise nach Tikal etc. nutzen, ist das ok. Super viel Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Petensee.

Cons:

Mehr Steckdosen im Zimmer wären schön

A really good hotel (one of many in Flores I’d guess) with staff that make the stay in a place I would happily return to

The location. The staff. The breakfast. The pool.

Cons:

The wifi was patchy, especially in my room and seemed dependent on how many were trying to use it at any given time (worked best in bar area at breakfast).

Location, clean and comfortable room and beds, fairly quiet, nice pool area and great view! Nice food.

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant/ bar were difficult to find in the afternoon/ evenings, the drinks were underwhelming. Needs better customer service in that area. Exception for the morning/breakfast staff - they were great!

Overall the accomodation was amazing i cant say the same for the food and pool.
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing and so was the cleaning lady.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool water had too much chlorine and we could not swim in that water. Management should seek better cleaning techniques for the pool. You could not walk next to the pool without smelling the heavy Chlorine.
