Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, leicht zu finden, Frühstück gut, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Ausflüge konnten direkt im Hotel gebucht werden.

Overall the accomodation was amazing i cant say the same for the food and pool.
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing and so was the cleaning lady.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool water had too much chlorine and we could not swim in that water. Management should seek better cleaning techniques for the pool. You could not walk next to the pool without smelling the heavy Chlorine.

El personal un diez, la gente es muy amable y atenta. El desayuno muy bueno y te preparan lunch si sales temprano. La vista espectacular al lago desde el restaurant, muy recomendable.

De locatie was centraal en dicht bij de bushalte vanwaar allerlei gemeenschappelijk transport start om bijvoorbeeld naar Tikal te gaan

Cons:

Was erg vuil en veel ongedierte. Kakkerlakken in bed. De tandenborstel wandelde van zelf weg met de mieren. Overal muffe geur en vuil.
Voor het inbegrepen ontbijt moet je het zeker ook niet doen.

Modernt och fräscht hotell. Be om ett rum beläget mot innergården.
Pros:

Belägen på en fin gata. Hotellet är fräscht och modernt med vacker lobby. Rummet är välstädat. Frukosten är god och generös.

Cons:

Vi fick ett rum belägen mot huvudgatan, det var extremt högljutt och jag fick använda öronproppar på natten. Be om ett rum på innergården. Poolen är inte uppvärmd och därav inte möjligt att bada under kallare månader.

Would expect better for the price
Pros:

Offered free breakfast and the view of the lake and pool were nice. Easy to book Tikal tour through reception.

Cons:

Room was clean but very rundown and had ants. Needs a refurb for the price of the accommodation.

Very noisy with loud music at night outside of the property until 1-2am on all three nights we stayed so it was very hard to sleep.

No elevator if you have heavy bags and no one helped.

We were told by reception and via WhatsApp that breakfast was on until 10am, however the staff had a problem when we came down at 9:45am to eat.
