la vista del hotel desde el comedor
la habitacion no tenia vista al lago
The electricity was not working in the first half of our room and was never fixed during the whole stay so we had to use our phones lamps. AC did not work either while it was 35 degrees outside.
The room was directly at the road not inside the hotel and only had a thin wooden door which didn’t not make me feel safe and let through a lot of noice.
Airport shuttle never arrived after over 30 minutes of waiting and us reminded them 3 times, we had to take a taxi and we almost missed our flight! They literally did not care.
Staff doesnt speak English at all.
Avoid this place.

La ubicación de lado oeste, para la puesta de sol. En primera línea de lago.
Mi marido pidió ayuda para subir las maletas, y él entendió que la respuesta no fue positiva. Son 5 pisos sin ascensor. Nuestra hija estaba enferma y pues estábamos tensos. Nuestra habitación tenían ventanas pero daba hacia el pasillo así que no había luz natural. El restaurante no era muy bueno. El precio fue uno de los más caros pagados en Guatemala, además de que en booking agregan las taxes después hay que fijarse muy bien a la hora de reservar.
Pool is awesome! Literally right off the boat dock. Food is delicious. Just veryyyyy slow service. Comfy beds, nice rooms. Great showers! AC in rooms is always a plus.
Estuvimos en el apartamento que era muy espacioso y limpio. La cama era muy cómoda.
Lo único a criticar es que el apartamento está al lado de una discoteca y la música se escucha bastante aunque termina a las 1 am.
Realmente me encantó todo, desde la ubicación hasta el más mínimo detalle, algo que aprecio mucho y me encanto fue el servicio del personal todos son muy amables y agradables hicieron que mi estancia se sintiera amena. Por otro lado me encantó el tour que nos dio un guía del hotel por la tarde en la isla ya que a parte que pude ver un atardecer precioso aprendí un poco de la historia de la isla de flores.
Así que les recomiendo mucho el hotel, es un lugar precioso para irse a relajar y desconectarse de la rutina.
Como última cosa se que este espacio es del hotel pero con su permiso quisiera recomendarles a un lanchero, se llama Francisco en su lancha tiene una banderita pirata para que lo ubiquen, es una excelente persona y tiene un paciencia increíble el me llevo a varios lugares y realmente lo recomiendo demasiado espero lo puedan apoyar. No se van a arrepentir.
Great location and very attentive staff. We were offered lunch boxes instead of attending breakfast, which was nice since we had tours booked early in the mornings.
The room was clean, with AC, lots of space.
Relaxing in the pool was wonderful after the Tikal tour.
Pool area was lacking some more chairs. We stayed in the apartment and the walls are quite thin - we could hear the neighbours and their “nightly activities” clearly.
El restaurant y el bar de exterior tienen buen servicio y linda vista
La habitación ra súper bulliciosa ya que en los alrededores había mucha música hasta las 5 de la mañana. Se traspasa el olor de humo de cigarrillo, súper incómodo, fue imposible dormir en paz. El baño era muy estrecho y tenía pocos amenities.
This hotel is really nice and beautiful. They have good breakfast as well. Amazing place to stay. The location is really nice as well.
The pool was a bit dirty when we stay there.

Super romantisch hotel , met super vriendelijk personeel. Toen we doorgingen en in het andere hotel op de airport shuttle aan het wachten waren hebben ze zelf de vergeten spullen nog naar ons gebracht.
