Clean, quiet hotel, short walk all from soi buakhao

Very spacious unit and comfortable. One of the only properties that had a microwave in the unit. Easy to get around from this location.

The room decor and furniture was excellent, the room very clean, maid first class . I've stayed in hotels for much more money which weren't any where the standard of this,only a slight criticism is the shower was a bit fidgety to balance between hot and cold, and maybe a bit of a touch up needed re decor to corridor walls and the lift, but don't let that put you off, superb value for money, quiet rooms and air con excellent also, I may even have a one bedroom next time,.!.. +

I was a little dubious upon arrival, but in a short time that dissipated. The hotel is quiet and they keep it very clean. The staff was totally awesome. I had to have them address a situation and they did so expediently. I would stay again.

Room was large. When you arrive in the evening it is dark and almost deserted.
Staff was polite and helpful. Changed things after the second night because of noise, there was a beer bar complex below the balcony.
Water temperature in the shower is not consistent, either too hot or cold, you have to constantly adjust the cold water.

Location

Was an older clean hotel, just was not in the greatest of locations down a side road off the main road and did not have any dining unless you walked to find it.

Rooms are spacious although hotel is slightly dated. Rooftop swimming pool is fantastic, large pool and catches the sunshine all day

Hotel was slightly off the beaten track which made it quiet. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the action and the beach. Staff could not be friendlier.

I have always stayed at this hotel. Overall I can’t complain about minor issues as this you have to live with. But on the day of checkout the hotel wanted me or my friend to pay 500baht for pool towel which was missing from a room, obviously the cleaner has taken all towels and forgot to replace 1 of the pool towels back in the room. All rooms should have 2 Green pool towels, but on the 3rd night of stay the cleaner didn’t replace 1 of the towels in the room, and then claiming us to pay 500baht. Not acceptable and we didn’t pay as the mistake is from the cleaners side, as it’s a different cleaner everyday, wasted 30 mins of our time, when we had plans to have breakfast before our taxi arrives.

Clean and quiet. It used to be a luxury hotel that has been well maintained over the years. It’s a great value for the money.

Love this place, great location, staff, rooms and pool, have stayed before and will stay again.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the pool get the sun most of the day.
