Accommodation needs upgrade.
No power in the morning so no lights in order to pack and no breakfast available (not even a cold breakfast offered). I felt unsafe in the area as a solo female traveller.
DON’T STAY HERE!!!
Very unsafe neighbourhood. No complimentary transfers available as car was broken. Front security gate was broken. Location is not three minutes from the airport as it claims to be. No way this is a four star place.
Room door only has a glass door with a flimsy internal door lock. Man tried to enter our room. We arrived, had a look and left after 5 minutes to a safer environment. Please don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures and convenient options on the Expedia listing. I strongly advise you not to stay here. I was shocked and quite afraid.
The gardens are pretty and well maintained

No milk to go with teabags and kettle. No glasses in bathroom
and no toilet roll holder
Staff the reception lady very friendly and resourful she surely made out stay easy
The beds and the hygiene needs an improvement

Everything was fine
Dilapidated rooms in a sketchy area at best. The carpet floor has not been vacuumed for a long time, walls dirty, neighborhood noisy.

It is very close to the airport and accessible by Bolt, Uber or Taxi
Convenient location for airport
The shuttle service was a car (despite there being 6 of us and many luggages) which meant we had to get multiple journeys to the accommodation. We ended up getting an uber back to the airport the following day instead.
